I scheduled a taxi service 24 hrs in advance for a trip to the airport. At the scheduled time, no one showed. I called for an update and was told there was no one on my call. She explained they had a low volume of drivers and that they would send someone when they could. If I wanted updates I could keep calling back, but she had no idea when someone would be there to take me to the airport. Given that I prescheduled this service this is totally unacceptable!

I have never written a review here, but a (terrifying!) incident has dictated that I should warn other possible users of this company.I hired a cab this morning for 10:30, I was there to meet him at 10:28. I commented on 'what a nice car,' and wished him 'Good morning.' ( He did not respond.) I told him my name to make sure he was there for me. We started out of the property, I said, "If I were you I would go left and take the service road to the light. There is a major construction project here and the traffic pattern is confusing." This man screamed, "Don't tell me what to do! I have GPS, but we'll go YOUR way, and DON'T TALK TO ME ANYMORE! I I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER RIDE AFTER TODAY!" I was shocked and began to fear that I was in danger, so I sat back and opened my book, reading all the way to my dentist office. I had my phone dialed to '91-' just in case. When we arrived, he said "$15," though the meter said '$14.27.' As I had formerly quoted the '$15' price from the dispatcher, he said "since that's what he told you, that's how much it is!" I handed him 2- $10's and asked for change. He tossed back $5. I said, "I have worked in customer service for nearly 40 years, and I would never have spoken to someone the way you have." (I am a retirement-aged nice kind lady, I did not once insult him or raise my voice.) I got out and closed the door. He put his head out the window, screaming at me calling me a "B*TCH!!!"I checked in for my dental appt, was shaking, told them briefly what happened, then went outside to call the 'manager/owner.' He listened, at first but then began to accuse me of wrong-doing. I told him the driver frightened me, and he appeared to be very high on drugs as his eyes were bloodshot and his behaviour was highly erratic and suspicious, he had over-reacted to my kind suggestion, (and had the entire ride to apologize but offered none.)I told the manager that I had to go to my appt and hung up.I do NOT recommend this company, especially to single women or to anyone!!! BEWARE! (I want to give 'NO Star,' but have to select one.)

Hi,I have used ABQ taxi service many times over the past 2 years. I have been grateful for them being on tome on schedule and never have to worry about my transportation. Victor is wonderful. I highly recommend him, he is great. Above and beyond the call every time!

These people are idiots. I called the number on their website and got an automated voice activated system that asked me my pick up location, date and time and supposedly scheduled a ride. I called back with a question related to credit cards for payment and got a live person who then claimed that they had no automated system of any kind. It was the same number- it was in my phone history. So I called again and the guy was just a rude jerk who told me again that they had no automated system and he was going to hang up because we weren't getting anywhere on the call. The BBB lists them as being out of business. The guy I spoke to is a moron.

RUDE. Called them by mistake to check on a cab for my Disabled Veteran dad, person on the other end of the phone copped an attitude and said really rudely, "You have the wrong company, I don't know who that is, we don't do VA transport."
