I stopped by because I damaged the camera on my phone. I was acknowledged quickly and a tech (the owner?) assessed the damage to my phone and gave me an estimate. He was friendly and service oriented. I remembered I had a damage policy with Best Buy and he suggested I check with them. I did and the deductible was about what the repair was so I opted for a replacement phone.Even though they didn't perform the repairs I would return to them without hesitation. The store was bright and well stocked. My thanks to them for a great experience.

I'm a business person who depends on their phone - this shop has left me stranded with poor quality iPhone glass installed on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Today, I reached out to the shop because my phone screen has frozen intermittently for 2 hours, up to 10 hours, since this install. The most recent Freeze, was while traveling internationally with only my iPhone. My flight information, hotel bookings for the day (and hotel location) and week, Uber transport choice, and Apple Pay all unavailable...not to mention Find My Friends App my family uses to track me when I travel internationally on business.As I've mentioned, I've reached out to the shop for their assistance, and to determine "where we go from here." But a dead phone which cannot be turned off ... which cannot be utilized for important information, is of no use to me.I'll buy a new phone today, unless the shop has genuine Apple glass available. Because I'm looking for a fully functioning phone which I can "depend on" ... not a phone which works "sometimes."I do not recommend this shop:I wouldn't have installed new glass, if I had any idea I would be in for this "negative experience."Additional costs:You never really think about the additional costs of a product/service failing. Example: I had a place to park in Mexico, near the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Parking was free in a secure garage with a quick shuttle over to the airport. But I couldn't access any of the information my phone, because the screen was locked. So I went straight to the airport, and my parking fees will be $240, instead of free parking at the nearby secure condo garage. All because I couldn't access my iPhone data. When I landed at LAX I couldn't reach an Uber, because my phone screen was unresponsive. Not whining... stating an example of "consequences related to an intermittently functioning phone" after installation of a new screen on my phone from this shop.Dictating this message... On same iPhone... Because the screen touch sensitivity remains inaccurate, and intermittently unresponsive. Shop Solution:I just heard back from the shop, and if I spend an additional hundred dollars with them, that's right $100 more, and waste a couple more hours of my time, they can sell me an improved front glass for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Not original Apple glass, just "better glass" than they sold me the first time around. If you use your phone for primarily games, and it's responsiveness or dependability isn't critical for you ... this shop is recommended.If your phone "is important" for your safety, daily life, or work...I would AVOID this shop. They are unwilling to refund my $200 paid, and their only solution is to upsell me a "better glass" screen for an additional $100. Wasting $300, 4+ hours of my time,+ $240 in additional costs related to the "consequences" of an intermittently inoperative phone=$540 NO THANKS

HE'S FANTASTIC! My iPhone wasn't working very well whenever I called someone and he very clearly told me what he was going to do and what the price would be. All he had to do was clean it and it worked perfectly! Inexpensive too!!

I originally brought my phone in for a repair and was super impressed with the service. While I was there, I found out they also work on gaming consoles, so I decided to bring in my PS5 for a deep cleaning and new thermal paste. They had it done same day--wow! My console runs cooler and quieter now. Great pricing, professional service, and super knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

They replaced my phone with a defective screen that over heats almost everyday I have emailed them multiple times but they will not respond. Almost $400 down the drain.Go get your phone fixed elsewhere.

They replaced the screen on my iPhone quickly. My only complaint is that the new screen is draining my battery quickly and it has a blue hue to it.

Fast, accurate, and probably saved me from buying a new phone. Why doesn't Apple tell you about cleaning the charging port?

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!we all know phone repairs aren't cheap but these guys make it as cheap as possible and are honest! I've used them for both iPhone repair and MacBook repair. phone screen damage and water/salt damage to my computer. both services were done within A DAY and cost a fraction of what the Apple Store quoted me. LOVE them!
