I have 2 guitars a J-200 and ES337. While there are guitars much more expensive these two are priceless to me.So when the time came for setup/maintenance on these two Gibsons, he's the only one I'd trust to leave them with. Very experienced and knowledgeable, quick turnaround and friendly service. 5 star all the way.

Ian is an absolute gem, and the only one I trust with my gear. I've been going to him since 2009 for everything from simple set-ups to a full truss rod replacement on a neck-thru bass. He's friendly, personable, and (most important of all) highly qualified in his work. He'll always address the root cause of a problem you come to him with, and always within a reasonable time frame that you could expect from just one guy in a shop.

I dropped in to have these guys cut some string guides into the fret board behind the zero fret on my custom bass, and they had it fixed in the amount of time that it took to take my family to the mall...it was quick, and very clean...I was impressed, and I will be taking all of my business to them in the future - thanks, guys!

Ian is a great tech and ethical businessman. He explained the problem with my bass very thoroughly, had it ready when he said he would and was honest. I totally trust Guitarworks with any of my equipment. The following week my other bass went on the blink. He worked me into his busy schedule and it's working like a charm. His prices are fair.

I stopped in based on the recommendation of my guitar teacher to have a strap button installed. They installed it on the spot for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend going here for any guitar maintenance needs!
