ABQ Event Support has provided their services for several events I have attended, including two weddings that I have been a bridesmaid for. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive to all issues, and provided well-equipped staff. During both of the weddings I was a part of, they helped immensely in making the day run smoothly for the bridal party and guests! I would highly recommend their services to anyone hosting a wedding or other event.

I highly recommend this company! ABQ Event Support has been providing valet services as well as event set up and clean up for Old Town Farm for two years. Establishment has been unresponsive to returning phone calls or inquiries for over a month. Co-worker and I had attempted to reach them for a company event with no luck except when co-worker finally received something back they stated they had no phone calls or messages from us, not sure how when we have both attempted to contact them on numerous occasions. Will be going another route for future events.

I normally do not post reviews unless I have exceptional service and feel that someone should be noticed. However, with this case... This will be my first negative review I've ever posted. I am in customer service and feel this should be an honest account of my experience and it should be noted. My experience with this company for my wedding was the worst I have ever experienced. My family was yelled at, called jerks, a family member whom was also a police officer that was on duty and able to stop by was treated horribly all because he stated he could not legally allow them to valet his car and he would be leaving shortly. The young lady they had working the event got in one of my bridesmaids faces. Tim whom I believe is the owner of the establishment, I had contacted numerous times to schedule the services and each time I spoke to him he had no record of such. Right up to 3-4 weeks prior to my wedding I called again to confirm the services and was told he again had no record and asked if it was under another name. At this point I knew I could only communicate via email. After my ceremony, I was told we had to get our belongings out of the bridal party suites before the reception. Mind you this was never stated prior and our cars were all valeted. We were an hour late to our own reception due to this issue. They have now added additional charges to my invoice which were not approved prior. I have had lengthy discussions with Old Town Farms/Red Barn Events' ownership as well as ABQ Event Support's ownership with email documentation of dates and times, photos, etc and Old Town Farms seemed apologetic and concerned about this third party they were using. ABQ Event Support did not. If you are using Old Town Farms, please look to ANY other vendor besides ABQ Event Support for your event needs because nobody should have to be treated the way myself, my family and my guests were treated on such an important and expensive day. I am so passionate about this I will even help you locate other vendors! I cannot stress enough to do your research and find someone else!

ABQ Event Support is the BEST! Tim, Carl and their staff are the ultimate professionals. They know exactly what they are doing and handled my large event with perfection. Their knowledge and excellence in the way they handled aspects of the celebration were a certain de-stresser for me, because they went above and beyond my expectations. I will happily hire ABQ Event Support again any time!

I'm a small business owner who in my not so spare time, throws pop up art shows around town in vacant spaces. I have two partners who are also artists, and we came to realize that while the show is going on, all of us are maxed out promoting our business and our art and unable to deal with the mundane tasks and general service of serving food and bar tending, taking out trash, checking id's and answering questions and directing people in a general way! That's why we paired up with ABQ event support for our last show and we realized their value pretty quickly! They were able to handle the large job with 4 staff members, one at the door checking id's and directing traffic, two tending bar, and one switching between food serving and backing up the others. I'd say they were all very professional, friendly and hard working. They all showed up on time and looked great through out the night keeping up with whatever needs came their way. They even helped till the very end, cleaning up and taking out trash and whatnot.. I highly recommend using these guys for any event you're having! You will be happy you did
