ABQ Encore

These apartments are over run with roaches. The management is not helpful the homeless sleep in the hallways and laundry rooms. Cars are vandelized on a nightly basis. The rent is outrageous for an efficiency apartment, the refrigerators are second hand and old. The management enters apartments when the renters are gone without notice. The do not fix anything,

The apts are nice & reasonable priced, our office staff are friendly & helpful any problem I've had has been taken care of quickly. Wehave a beautiful courtyard out back. I've been here 2 yrs. & enjoy the view of the mountains! Alice M.

We have lived here for almost a year. We actually have enjoyed our stay here . This place is well kept up and clean. Our manager CECE is awesome she always goes that extra mile to make our stay here a pleasent stay. You will always see her doing something and with a smile. As to the maintenance around here if you have a problem she is very good about making sure that Mike gets right to it. Thank you ABQ Encore Apts for giving us a pleasent place to live that we are happy to call home

A good place to live, the staff is excellent in service, they respond to your needs. The apartments are affordable and the common areas are kept clean. The maintenance staff is prompt to your needs. I would recommend this place to my friends.
