I called around throughout the city looking for an affordable quote on getting my wedding dress cleaned quickly, but every other cleaner (that dry cleaned silk) told me they needed at least 3 weeks and would charge between $100-$150. Then I called Gloria and not only did she charge me $20 for the job finished within a few days, she also helped me hem the frayed lining areas. There was no damage to the silk or any part of the dress, it looked completely new!! Would highly recommend for wedding dresses!

I have had two jackets cleaned here in the past two weeks and plan on dropping off a suit before the end of the month because I've been pleased with the results. They offer a 15% discount for UNM staff and students, but the rates are good even at regular price. The turnaround time is very reasonable, and my jackets have come back looking a lot better than when they went in, especially my white one. If this review is not updated, it means there were no problems with my suit either.

Great place and very affordable, they give student discounts too! I haven't found a cheaper place yet. Never had an issue taking my clothes there and if I do I will be sure to update this.

This place is awesome. I was looking around for a place to steam my wedding dress and when calling around I was shocked to discover that prices started at 50$ and up and I needed to drop it off at least 2 weeks before the wedding. I didn't realize how expensive it was going to be and it was only one week till my wedding. Luckily, I was walking by this dry cleaners and my friend stopped me and said let's stop by and check this place. Gloria, quoted me 20$ and said she only needed a few days to get it done. I was shocked and nervous because I thought why are the prices so affordable? I took a chance and the results were amazing. My dress looked perfect and great in my wedding photos. Gloria made sure I had my dress on time and it was steamed flawlessly. I would recommend everyone to go here.

I learned that over 500 dry cleaning chemicals contribute to Parkinson's. From now on I'm just ironing my own clothes with a spay of water only.

i took my wedding dress which was a $450 dress. i paid $80.90 to get my wedding dress cleaned on the inside and the lady in charge i didnt get her name i was so sad in tears... anyway i went on a tuesday and asked her if she could have it done by friday may 24th because i was getting married that evening at 5pm. she ruined the seams on the dress. said the dress had weak seams and it was not falling apart when i took it to her. it was brand new and bought from davids bridial. i tried it on 3 times that morning before taking it to her and her place of business. i believed her that she would clean the inside and have it ready by friday. yes cutting it close because all my plans changed to here in albuquerque because we could not get the care we needed for my grandpa who is 85yrs old with dementia. as i got there she was trying to sew on the seams that were somehow removed. i asked her what happened she said the dress had weak seams it was not like that and was perfect and i told her it was not like that when i brought it in. she was like i dont have to sew it for u im not responsible for it. she is an awful person i should of been called when this happened. no i had to find out when i went to pick up my dress on the day of my wedding. dont trust this company im an honest person and was horrified i had to take it to another tailor to fix their mistake. but in the end it worked out but never will i go or recommend this place

It was affordable, but not well done. I brought in nice dress pants and my Master's graduation gown and hood to be cleaned. They used too hot of an iron on my dress pants. I don't think that they're permanently damaged but it was close, the fabric was kind of shiny after it went through their hands. I won't take a chance with this place next time. The gown turned out fine, but the hood was damaged. The fuzzy, colorful fabric on the hood came back threadbare. The fuzz was completely worn off in places and you could see right through the fabric in places. Granted, graduation gowns are made out of cheap material, but I had hoped that a dry cleaner would know how to treat different fabrics. If you value your clothes I wouldn't take a chance with it. If you want something done for cheap and you don't care about the garment you might get lucky.
