Jimi is a natural at most activities and it's safe to say you can add ax throwing to that list. Jimi impressed many with his form and accuracy including the braces wearing instructor. Got invited to join some leagues but Jimi is gonna play hard to get. 5 stars

We had a blast! The staff taught us how to throw and stepped in to help occasionally. Neat place with something different to do. They do have beer and a few cans of distillery drinks. I think they also have food but we weren't eating and it was later afternoon so no one else was yet. We will go back!

I absolutely love to come to this place! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful in teaching how to properly throw an axe. I've been to both locations of this company and they both have wonderful. Highly recommend going to this place for a fun night!

I came to have a beer and to watch some friends play. The 2 hours went by really fast and everyone had a great time. Walking in, they ask you to sign a waiver in the event you want to throw axes. It's a really nice venue with a bar area that serves Red Door beer exclusively. They serve soft drinks and they may have food. This information is not on their website. The staff is really accommodating. They teach everyone how to throw the axes and then they allow a bit of practice before the group competition begins. The staff person who stayed with our group was wonderful. It's not inexpensive, but everyone who played felt they got their money's worth. All-in-all it's a good time.

Had a great time it was a cool place and fun to experience with some friends the food was good as-well we had the wings and Viking fries 10/10 only thing that really upset me is we had a reservation when we arrived the person checking us in said he could extend my experience for an extra hour so we where expecting 2 hours but half way through he came over charged me and then said I had 10mins left... when we asked them they said I couldn't stay longer because other people where there even though there was still other lanes open. So that was kind of a rip off the individual should've been able to speak to me about it or maybe not offer an extra hour in general ... I'd still come back again it was still a fun time some people just need to learn better customer service.

we came here with a large group to celebrate a birthday. the majority of us had never gone as throwing before, the staff was awesome at helping us learn how to correctly and safely throw the axes. it was a ton of fun, they serve beer and have a menu which is awesome. it's definitely a more expensive experience but we had a ton of fun.

ABQ AX was an absolute blast. You book time for an hours worth of throwing. You can do ax or stars. Reminder: You must wear closed toed shoes. They will charge and rent you shoes if you want to participate. They do serve beer and a few coctails as well. We worked with instructor Diana. She was terrific. Started by teaching us the safety etiquette. PAY ATTENTION!!! She then had us throw one at a time. 5 in our group and 2 in the other. We had 2 stalls and they had 1. Diana then took us individually, showing us where to stand and the proper form whether you were throwing with teo hands or just one. You have to be strong to do a throw one handed. Ladies don't be afraid. From personal experience I can attest that You have it in YOU!!! After we threw for 10 minutes she came back and taught us a game which required scoring 51 points for a win. Bullseye is 5 points, next ring out is 3 then 1. There are stars above the target left and right that count 7 when hit. The next game had us start with outside ring and going across from left to right and then back again. You had to put the ax in the 1st section before proceeding to the ring to the right, then bullseye, then next ring to the right...you get the idea. You book an hour. It goes fast. It is fun. We will all do again. Give it a try!

Attended a cornhole March here but also got some axe throwing in. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating! True professionals and excellent/friendly service! Step by step instructions on how to throw an axe (correctly) without cutting off any of my limbs. This was a great time!!!

We went there yesterday on 3/2/ 2025. Let me just say we had visited this establishment twice prior , once in mothers day and also last year on my birthday 7/8/2024 . Both times we were told the birthday person throws for free and also on mother's day moms throw for free. I was not charfed either time. My daughter called prior to going in on 2/23/2025 to ask if this was still the policy . She was told by the lady that answered the phone to just let them know about this ahead of time and they will take care of it. We got there yesterday at 1:20 pm because we were also told to come as a walk a little early because the reservations run 1 to 2 and we wanted to start at 130 and play till 230. Immediately upon walking in the girl at the counter who had dyed red hair and glasses but did not give her name was extremely RUDE AF because we didn't have a reservation. They were not busy and only had 3 lanes being used. I explained to her what we had been told on the phone a week prior as we were filling out the waiver about the birthday and her response was "oh well good for you , I'll be sure to bring out a birthday balloon but that's all we do . I tried telling her abt previous visits and the phone interaction . She walked away for about 5 seconds and came back very rude and condescending and said I don't know who told you that but that's a lie !! I just talked to my manager and he said we have never done that so you are lying and how dare we expect to get something we made up!! I tried explaining myself again only to be interrupted repeatedly and told that we were lying . It was quite condescending and belittling and it was very embarrassing . I told her I changed my mind and we were leaving and preceeded to walk back to our car at which point the colored hair female with the glasses stuck her head out the front door and called us a broke, stupid bitch !! MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTERS WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN ! I have never ever been treated with such disrespect and belittled and spoken to like that in any establishment . My daughter's can attest that she was rude and condescending from the minute we walked in ! If there is a misunderstanding then you do not treat people like they are beneath you because your employees misinformed them . The manager was there and he did not even come up to address the situation nor did he apologize for the female employees attitude and behavior !! Completely unacceptable!! Never again !!

Our workplace comes for military morale events and with everyone having crazy schedules, people tend to show up late or have to cancel. We were checked in waiting for the rest of our party, then later called and over the phone was told "you said you'd be here by 4" we're sitting right here... "where????" Weird customer service from one individual. Everyone else is extremely nice and pleasant to be around including the people who stay with us and teach us the safety brief. The one person kept coming up to our group stressed and saying "well I turned down business because of you guys and your party is late, I have such a booked schedule and we're gonna just have to get you guys in now" I find it pretty rude because we honestly have no control over our party members being on time, it was a work party. Your stress over your job should not bleed over into the customers enjoyment, it's really awkward. And to make us try to feel bad for them like we are the reason why they lost business was strange.Just because everyone else is great and the activities are so much fun we continued coming but we received the same amount of weird stressed out customer service from the same individual twice in a row now. I felt like management needs to be aware of this person's behavior towards customers.
