If I could give a 1/2 star I would. Stay away from these guys... They are definitely better off without Groupon and have reported their practices to Groupon. The whole attitude and customer service are below par and maybe the person there should take a vacation or close his business because Customer Service and Quality are not in his vocabulary.

Maybe he is better without Groupon, I found business practices strange I cancelled right after a contract was sent!What a bowl of lies, I have sent his "contract to Groupon corporate office" when I told him he threatened me.

STAY AWAY!!! Their prices are not greater that 10% cheaper than Tint & Trim Factory so go there instead and get great goods and services.My favorite part has to be where is states " APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE 72 HR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE OR FEES WILL APPLY IF YOU ARE A NO CALL NO SHOW .", but perfectly acceptable for them to cancel and reschedule 7 minutes before the 10:00am appointment time....This is a shady business using Groupon as a cover to get people into the door and then commit tax fraud by offering goods and services and fees be paid by cash to avoid taxes. First it took 6 phone calls and me pestering to get the appointment scheduled. When I did get the appointment scheduled, I was required to sign a second agreement that detailed all the additional fees that would have to be paid. When I asked the owner about the fees, he said I could pay them in cash and he wouldn't charge me tax. Since my vehicle was brand new and didn't have any personal items or door panels that needed removing, I wasn't worried. When it was the agreed upon time and date to take my vehicle, I received a email and text message 7 MINUTES before the agreed upon time that I was moved back 1 hour. I saw this when I arrived to the shop and the door was locked but the OPEN sing on. I called the number on the door and no one answered so I called the owner and he stated he had sent the rescheduling the day before - which is a lie. He then stated his previous job that he was currently at was taking longer than expected... But I heard children in the background so who know where he was. He then tried to apologize via text and when I told him I was contacting Groupon for a refund his tone changed - see the attached screenshots. I have gone ahead and reported this business to the NM Tax Fraud Department.

If I could give this business negative stars, I would. First my daughter had a Groupon and he would not respond to her. My husband reached out to him. He didn't respond to him. I finally called and let him know that three of us had been attempting to reach him and he was very defensive and accusatory like I was lying asking what numbers they were calling from saying he had no missed calls, texts or messages. Against my better judgment, we made an appointment with him and he canceled right when we got there saying that he had a personal issue and instead of offering any sort of discount he ended up charging us more than the $75 he quoted by adding on a bunch of extra fees. Long story short I ended up paying about $250 for four windows to be tinted with a Groupon. Terrible business, terrible management, and terrible customer service.

Go elsewhere. Ordered a Groupon, called to schedule and they are "booked out till September for Groupons". This should be added to the details of the purchase. The guy was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Super disappointed. Got a refund from Groupon luckily.
