I was very disappointed with the man who answered the phone. He was not knowledgeable, had a flip and unprofessional attitude. I am a senior and do not need that kind of attitude.

Quick, professional service. I was curious about their process with sensitive documents but everything is shredded in front of you and secured in a locked garage. Important tip, bring cash. Overall, I'm going back there again when i need sensitive documents destroyed.
