AA Events and Tents

HORRIBLE place to rent from. We rented 140 chairs, 7 tables, and a dance floor for my sisters wedding. This was by far the worst experience we have EVER experienced. The chairs were so bad most of them were falling apart, the cushions weren't even attached to must chairs. We ordered white chairs and got what they said (old rustic chairs) but what we really got was yellow chairs painted partly white. These chairs belonged in the dump. The chairs were so unsafe when we called they said they couldn't do anything about it and didn't try to fix the problem. We ended up calling around to different rental companies to find chairs the day before the wedding. The tables weren't any better. The tables were so uneven and felt splinters if you touched them. Good thing we covered the tables. The customer service is the worst, no communication. Don't ever rent from this place. I would give this company zero stars if i could.

They are my go to place for event tents. Another setup tomorrow for this weekend dinner theatre at the brewery with the Mansion Players. Then again for the St Patrick's Day Balloon Weekend for 200 pilots and crew registration. Just finished sold out Valentines Day Sweetheart dinner at the brewery. AA Events provided the linens for that event too.

This past weekend we rented 200 chairs from this vendor for our daughter's wedding. This company was extremely difficult to deal with, slow to respond to emails, and very uncooperative when problems arose. When my daughter went to make the final payment they discovered they had double booked our day and we're very unapologetic and actually rude about the whole situation. The chairs were Late to be delivered and late to be picked up. I would not recommend this company for any special events.

We used AA Events for our wedding dance floor. They are reasonably priced, pleasant to work with, and met all timing expectation. We'd definitely recommend them!

Called and placed an order for a dance floor for my WEDDING. Paid, took the money out and I never received a confirmation email. Called back twice to ask for a confirmation email (I kept a binder with everything we rented) and still never received an email. Okay whatever. Day of the wedding, 1 hour before the reception, I get a call from my day of coordinator confirming we rented a dance floor. I said yes. She said it was never delivered. My mother-in-law called AA Tents and they said we never booked/rented a dance floor. ???? Asks for the confirmation number (in email) and we explained that I tried calling twice for an email and they never sent me one but told them I have the charge on my credit card. Finally after 30 minutes of arguing with them, we tell them we will call after the wedding a get a refund. 10 minutes after that, a worker calls and says they found our order but it was do the wrong date (they had it scheduled 20 days earlier than my actual wedding date)??!!!?! Do not trust them with your important events, especially your wedding!!

Wish I could rate this company a zero. They installed one of their event tents for an event we were having. It was installed poorly and blew away. We had no tent for the event and they refused to refund the money paid for the tent. The ceo touted how they've been in business for over 30 years yet she refused to take or accept any responsibility for the event being ruined. Best advice is to call anybody else.

The people there are very nice. They totally don't rush you in returning the rentals. Some of the tables are very old and beaten but with tablecloths they work fine

This place put in my email address with .ADE instead of .EDU and then blamed me when they couldn't contact me about missing items. Even though I never saw a contract, they charged my card over $100 for items that were never confirmed missing by any one but them. What kind of person thinks .ADE is a valid email address?? Even so, if they tried to email that address any message would have been sent back "undeliverable"--how did they not notice that? So, I never saw a contract, was never notified of missing items and was just charged extra. This is unlawful. This company needs to train their employees in basic standards of electronic communication. Furthermore, they were unwilling to issue a refund and were very unprofessional in their (not) addressing this issue. Go elsewhere!

I recently held an event at my home.AA Events and Tents did a great job.Even though I contacted her "at the last minute", Kelly Holmes, Office Manager, was courteous, helpful & professional.The delivery & pick up drivers were wonderful as well.I appreciate everything AA did to help make sure my event set up went as smoothly as possible.Thank-you.Peggy H.

I highly recommend this rental company. We have had to cancel our daughters wedding twice do to covid-19. It has been so frustrating, but they treated me like family, very understanding. Worked with me to get me a deposit back. Communication was excellent. I want to thank Michelle and her team for all your support during this time. It made me realize just how much our businesses are hurting here in Albuquerque, but are encouraging each other at the same time. This has been a very positive experience during all of our hardships right now. Thank you!! I will definitely be using them in the future!!!
