I have been having some issues with my Jeep and had taken it to a place, and it didn't get fixed. My massage therapist recommended AA Auto, and I am so glad she did. Everyone I met was amazing. They clearly explained to me what they found, and my girl is running great! Thank you!!!

So I grew up in a household where my father and the owner of his go-to auto shop were (and still are) trusted friends. Like, the shop owner gives my dad moonshine every Christmas, and the shop owner attended my wedding at the insistence of my father. The shop owner is like extended family. And my dad trusts him with any car or car problem, no matter what.But my dad and this trusted shop owner are in Kansas. And I am a transplant here in ABQ.So imagine my DELIGHT when I found a shop like that here. We aren't swapping moonshine (yet), but the crew at AA Auto - particularly Jessie, Steve, Vicki, and Kym - have taken SUCH good care of me and my vehicles. They are kind, timely, communicative, and they do GREAT work. AA Auto is a wonderful, family-owned business and as frustrated as I get with car trouble, I'm glad to give my money to a business and people that I admire and respect.I refer everyone here and I recommend them any chance I get.

Like most folks, I'm always a little apprehensive when going to a mechanic. Not at this place! Super friendly, very reasonable prices, and they don't upsell you on things you don't need. I went to a chain garage to get an oil change and they tried to sell me so many additional things that I decided to get a second opinion at AA. They gave my car a thorough inspection and then went through what did need to be done, and what didn't. And, their prices were better!I also knew I was in the right place when sitting in the waiting area, because everyone in the waiting room knew all the staff, and had been going there for years. It was like a big family.This is now the ONLY place I will be taking my car. They did an excellent job with the oil change mentioned above, and also with my 100,000 mile service. Top notch!

No company better than this place. Saves me thousands of dollars EVERY year. They do my fleet and personal vehicles. Jessie and the group are the Best of the Best. Honesty and Integrity all the way!!!!

My A/C started blowing hot air on my 3600 mile trip from Alaska to New Mexico. I called and spoke to Perry and he advised he had an opening but wasn't sure he'd be able to get it done today. I drove straight over and arrived a little after 2 pm. Perry diagnosed the issue and had my truck back to me in less than 3 hours blowing ice cold air! Wonderful people to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC service on their vehicle.

Very friendly and professional staff. I was able to get in quickly and they communicated everything that was wrong and what was needed for repair. Reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone with Auto AC problems.

Had some work done, I am sure the work was fine but I was not prepared to pay over 50% markup on dealer cost for parts, cost me an extra $500.They explained that they used new parts but repackaged and therefore are higher than dealer cost, I did not get the logic, but you may.

They are friendly and knowledgeable, and get the job done right the first time. They're not the least expensive place I've been to but in this case, you DO get what you pay for. They also offer you either a ride home or to work, or a courtesy car if they need to keep your vehicle over night. I'd recommend them.
