A Touch of Class Estate Sales

I've been going to the sales by this company for quite some time, before the pandemic at least two or three years. Unfortunately, the sales seem to be moving down in quality and service. I know that Don, the primary face to the public of the company, is totally overworked. One of my biggest gripes is that on Thursday mornings, which are usually 50%-off days, the crew (whatever there is of it) is already moving stuff into the garage. Books are taken from shelves and boxed up and put on the floor. Sometimes it is difficult to be able to peruse the book titled because they have been piled into a box. This is happening more and more. The last two or three sales I have been to have been pretty bad. A recent sale which occasioned a Tuesday-afternoon opening occurred in a house that absolutely stunk and was so dark that we couldn't see the offerings. There were lots of lamps offered; most were not plugged in or operative. The company needs to invest in some types of lights they can provide to give sufficient light to the customers to be able to see. That house was so crowded with STUFF that we almost couldn't move. Another gripe I have is that the photos from the sales are pretty bad. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way things are photographed and posted. There will be a living room photo, next will be a kitchen,next a bedroom, next a garage. And there is no showcasing of items which might bring a higher price than the company is setting for the items. Over the past several years, I have gotten a lot of truly great bargains from this company; however, going to a sale these days is a crap shoot. Can't tell the good from the junk from the photos. They need a dedicated photographer who knows how to stage.

WAY OVER priced!!! have gone to the last couple of estate sales they've held and EVERYTHING way over priced can't believe they sell anything. and workers very rude. Won't be going to any more events held by them.

Mechelle and her crew did a great job doing an estate sale for me prior to selling my house. I was downsizing and didn't really know much about the process of the sale, but she made it easy and kept in constant communication. it was great to be left with a clean house and some extra money in my pocket at the end of it all! Thanks Mechelle!

Mechele and her team did a FANTASTIC job with my parents Estate Sale. forty-eight years and 5000 sq feet of collected stuff on three levels. It was a BIG job. Sale was well photographed and advertised, signs were abundant, everything was easy to see. We came home to a VERY CLEAN and empty house that is ready for the realtor. 100% recommend!

Excellent experience. First class service. Said what they were going to do and completed perfectly. Priced items appropriately. On top of that they left the house spotless. Thank you Mechelle and her team!

Let me start by saying that the owner, Michele is super sweet....but her workers, Don and his daughter Savannah, have absolutely no business being in customer service! My friend questioned a price and suddenly they turned on me (I had not said a single word) and accused me of nasty things! I asked "what did I do" and they said I was no longer welcome to come to their sales! I spoke with Michele and she said I am always welcome and when I told Don what she said, he told me that he would be the one handling the sale and he wouldn't allow me to purchase anything! His daughter was equally rude. They should both be fired.

They very rude here. It was yelling and screaming from the money guy and his daughter to this old lady , I went to one of this company sales in Rio Rancho like 3 weeks ago and both were screaming at her. I just wanted to see if a dresser was sold .The daughter said to this lady *you know B , no body wants you here leave NOW*The man said * yes leave* She also said she was getting this lady fired for the man not to worried.She said * Don't worried Dad she's getting fire now*

Great company great people I notice they get a bad wrap sometimes but that's gonna happen when your clientele consists of mostly old people or elderly and don't get me wrong I have met some very nice elderly people here at this estate sale company but it always seems that bad outweighs the good and for that I am leaving a good review because I would like to continue enjoying going to these sales

Rude, rude, rude!! Never going to their sales again! Totally unacceptable behavior! Lots of yelling and cursing! I would rate it a 0 if I could!
