Our very expensive Whirlpool refrigerator stopped running on Sunday. We called on Sunday, they answered and came out first thing Monday morning. Steve was very familiar with Whirlpool and was able to explain exactly what had happened. We were able to plug it back in immediately. He charged us only for a service call. I am saving his card for future needs.

Do not use these people. They "forgot" about my first appointment, they were 30 minutes late to the next appointment and then showed up totally unprepared. The repair man needed to "borrow" my shop vacuum and a small wire brush. Aren't these things suppose to be in their repair bag? They miss diagnosed my refrigerator and cashed my $256 check. My husband called them 4 times and because my husband has an out of state phone number they didn't pick up or call him back but told him "I don't answer like no distance numbers, you need to get a local phone number". Overall, one of the worst repair companies I've worked with. Pass on them.
