Came here for some supplies. They filled out all paperwork that was needed for my insurance approval. They took measurements and special ordered correct sizes for everything that I needed. The service is quick. The wait is not long. You could easily get what you need during a lunch break. They were very thorough and José did a great job, will return.

I left Tx heading to Vegas on vacation. When we stopped for the night I realized I had forgotten part of my c-pap harness. I called around and A&R said they had what I needed. Although it was different from what I was using on my machine, it fit my machine and I actually like this cushion and harness better. They were so helpful and friendly. A real life saver and vacation saver.

Management is beyond ignorant. This place can't keep a Respiratory Tech staffed because it is ran like a sweat shop. They keep taking new patients for Cpaps knowing they have no staff and making people wait 6 months or longer. The absolute worst medical supply in the state of New Mexico. Stay away.

New Oxygen concentrator order. Order was placed by physician on January 2, 2025. First home visit scheduled for 1/24/25, was told they would be there between 8-5. Could not get any better than that. A&R Medical was a no show. Called A&R, they apologized, saying the driver ran out of time. don't exactly know what that means. Reschedule for 1/29/2025 between 12-5. Again a no-show. Called back again, and had a concentrator delivered on 1/30/25. No tubing or nasal cannulas left to use the concentrator. Called on 1/31/25 to speak with Delores (manager) said the could deliver nasal cannulas on 2/3/25. When we first contacted A&R we told the company we could not do any Thursday deliveries due to standing appointments. Today Delores the manager says they can only deliver on Thursday. So why were the first 2 deliveries scheduled on a Friday, and the following Wednesday. The service is bad. Dolores as a manager, does not care about patient care, or the service they attempt. I wasn't going to leave then a 1 star rating. But you have to post a review. Don't use this company.Jeffery L.

To all of you customers with negative reviews, i strongly suggest filing formal complaints with the FDA and your insurance company. I too had a horrible experience. It's not just a 'for profit' business, but the medical field can cause physical harm to people. If we all file complaints, maybe there will be consequences to their profits and just maybe less damage to other patients.

This is my first ever review, too bad it's not more positive. I took my O2 machine in to get checked out, paid and brought it home, only to find out they had not put the filter in that they had charged me for, so the unit couldn't work as designed. My greater fear is that they pulled the old filter and didn't do any of the checking they charged me for. Manager was rude, she said go ahead and file a complaint, so here it is.

I've been using A&R (Lomas store) for CPAP equipment for many months. I go in every month for replacement supplies (filters, tubing, cushions, etc.) and they have been a reliable source which is the reason I've continued to go there. No complaints from me in this regard.The problem is some of their employees. The woman at the reception desk is excellent! She is friendly and helpful and kind. The male employees however are rude and mean and need to be replaced. For example, I recently asked a question of the women at the desk and she gave me the best answer she could and I accepted that. The issue came up when one of the men overhead our discussion and took it on himself to angrily and rudely invite me to get my supplies elsewhere. I was stunned! His reaction was completely unprovoked.I would think that this is an anomaly but I was also treated shabbily by a different male employee a few months earlier. There is something wrong with a business that hires such angry and mean employees or maybe they create bad workers! The fact that they have been a good supplier is overwhelmed by how they treat people. I wonder how they stay in business. I have choices so I'll now search out their competition to provide my supplies.

On 9/2, we purchased from the 5010 Lomas store in Albuquerque New Mexico, a Stander mobility bedrail. We specifically asked the sales person if it would work with an adjustable bed and we're assured that it would. I tried to install it that day only to find that it did not work and the directions / pamphlet in the product state that it would not work with an adjustable bed. I called the store to ask for a refund and was told I could and was given the name of the manager. I followed up on 9/12 to let them know I would be there and was told it was too late for me to return it. I was told that their policy is three days, which I was never told when I initially called. We spent over $600 and this item was $175. We were simply asking for a refund on an unused product. Contrary to the statement on their website which states that their company "...provides our superior commitment to provide you with the absolute best in product quality and customer service.Our highly trained staff will help you make the best choices for your needs, while providing you with friendly service and expert advice. " Unfortunately our experience with the sales person and manager was anything but superior, friendly and lacked in "expert advice".
