Don't count on getting your deposit back, very unprofessional place. Rented for a night for a party owner claimed the place was dirty, that tables were not clean when table cloths were used throughout the entire night and place was cleaned in full afterwards. The owner got very aggresive and raised his voice until parents showed up, will never be using this place for any type of event or party ever again !!No cuente con que le devuelvan su depósito, lugar muy poco profesional. Alquilado por una noche para una fiesta pero el dueño afirmó que el lugar estaba sucio, que las mesas no estaban limpias cuando se usaron manteles durante toda la noche y despues que el lugar se limpió por completo. El propietario se puso muy agresivo y levantó la voz hasta que aparecieron los padres. ¡Nunca más usará este lugar para ningún tipo de evento o fiesta!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would where do I start so much things happen it was so unprofessional. It wasn't the place itself there. I didn't like it was more so the owners on how they were handling their business number they like to change up the contract. They're not professional at all whatsoever mind you my contact information I met her in person at the hall to pay a deposit and I went to her store to pay the other part of the deposit and I reached out to a couple times for some questions I had in all that she never thought it was important to tell the customer ahead of time that at her hall they are not responsible for toilet paper and garbage bags she gave me a paper saying about the check cleaning list that's all she told me when she handed it to me So I was pretty upset because I had a pretty big wedding and there was no toilet paper and no garbage bags. I had to send someone to go get it because she did not tell me ahead of time. She literally waited two hours like I said before I was about to walk down the aisle and the second thing actually this should be the first thing she's not honest when I first met her to put down the deposit. She told me that her or her husband come in it at 12 o'clock at night take the key and it gives us a chance to come back in the morning to meet us so we could pick up And when I seen her to get the key on my wedding day, she didn't bring up nothing about that. I only had it from 12 to 12 o'clock and when I met her the day of my Wedding to get the key, she didn't tell me nothing about that. I had to make sure it was clean at night by 12 o'clock and lock up so I thought we were on what we talked about when I first met her when the deposit I want at 10:40, we started throwing all the garbage. One of my guests brought garbage bags so we threw throughout all the garbage And we swept the floor, but we didn't deep sweep or mop. We did take off all the table covers liners and chair covers. we put it all on the ground in piles like she said we stacked up all the chairs on one side of the wall we wiped down the tables and the chairs before we stacked them up on the wall and when we went back around 8:50 in the morning to deep sweep and do a deep mop, clean out two of the garbage cans because some of the guest started throwing food in there because there was no garbage bags in the garbage cans. Because she never thought it was important to tell me that big detail so they were dirty in the inside. They weren't full with stuff they just had liquid at the bottom of it. Take out the garbage in the bathroom and mop the bathroom floors as well so when we got there, they were already there setting up for a party and it caught me by surprise she came up to me and told me you guys were supposed to have his clean by last night and the keys in the drop off box and I explain to her, but that's not what you told me. I said you told me we have until the morning around 10 to to have it all clean then I started telling her her word is not true. She's a liar and she said that was in your contract and I told her it wasn't. I told her you literally tried to change the contract on me when I first gave the deposit as well. You changed it to 12 when I had my wedding scheduled at 10 to decorate, so then I asked the guy to please stop sweeping and she got mad said that I had my chance yelling at us saying that don't tell her worker anything that's her building and then start threatening us to call the cops and then she told me that she is going to give me some of my deposit back my deposit was $300. She said she was gonna give me 200 back and I said OK I'll wait until you give it to me and I have cash app cash cash and I told her I don't cash if you don't send it to me and I told her it's OK. I'll just wait here until you send it to me. She didn't give you attitude. Give me back my money attitude have an attitude when you say you do another. I literally woke up early in the morning. I live an hour away from that place and clean it to get my deposit back if I would've known that, I wouldn't even went out of my way to do what I did. It's not worth your time in your effort if you are having a wedding it is not worth it in her eyes. She literally wants to have a 12 o'clock in the afternoon to go decorate and then 12 o'clock at night you're doing your party or your wedding it has to be clean by 12 o'clock at night, it is not your research. Don't communicate with you well here in the cleanup paper she gave me it says no time on it. This was the worst experience of my whole Wedding was dealing with this. If you are thinking of booking, it is not worth it this is the thing I regret. I put the picture that she gave me two hours before I was gonna walk down the aisle I was there just to decorate. She had so many times to give me this piece of paper and to tell me that it had to be clean at 12 o'clock at night to get my deposit.
