Most amazing customer service! Hunter repaired a chip in my Audi and I can't even see where it was, I actually have to get up close to see the spot where the rock hit!! Wow!!A1 you have a customer for life. NM roads suck, if a semi is dropping rocks police do nothing. So drivers are always getting chips in their windshield and paint. Hunter did the most amazing job! I can't stop looking, you really can't tell He did so well I took a selfie with, lol. A1 and hunter, thank you!!You cannot go wrong with A1 glass depot!!

Great customer service... they truly treat you like the customer, not a burden. Fast service done right, with printed detail to the work done. I even got a red light/green light report for my calibration! Never got that from "that national" company!!

Truly can't say enough about this business. Someone broke into our car by breaking the rear passenger window. We contacted Geico who tried to set us up to see one of their partnering glass businesses, but the reviews for this place were concerning, so I solicited recommendations from coworkers. The recommended business couldn't squeeze us in for days so I went online and contacted A-1 about an hour before close. Brian said he'd order the glass for our Camry directly and that they could do the install in the morning. I almost thought it was too good to be true but sure enough, I arrived around 9am the next morning, handed over my keys, sat on their comfortable leather sofa doing work on my laptop, and barely 30 minutes later had a brand new back passenger window. $300 which I considered a steal. You'd never know this wasn't the original factory window.Having someone break one of your car windows and clean out your car is, at best, a real pain in the ass, and, at worst, a fairly traumatic event. Finding a sympathetic and super helpful business like A-1 made the whole thing sting a little less. Please give these folks your business.

I needed to have a 2009 ford fusion front passenger window replaced because of a vandalism incident. Stephanie picked up and scheduled me for a same-day replacement. Upon arrival, the lobby was full, but they both allowed me to sit in the side room. My car was full of things that the thief hadn't taken, so they let me take it all out & put it on one of their pickup trucks in the back.The work done was very quick, maybe 1 hour and a job well done. The service by Brian, Stephanie & the others was top notch & I highly recommend giving them your business.

Amazing service! My back window was busted out two days before Thanksgiving. They got me in the next day and fixed it in less than an hour. Super friendly service as well!

Locally owned business has gone out of their way to personalize my service. I shocked and amazed when they answered their phone with a friendly human voice. They went out of their way to help me jump through all of the insurance hoops. I highly recommend this company. I am so happy to steer clear of SafeLite the company that thinks they are to big to fail and could care less about keeping your business.

I had a rock hit my windshield and chip it, the next morning when i called my ford dealer to get it fixed they said they use A1 glass so i called them. They said bring it by and they would have it fixed. They took care of it for me right away and it made my entire day. I am very happy with A1 glass and they will always have my business now and anyone else i know that needs glass service i will send them here! FIVE STARS!
