I called Alexander after another piano repair disappeared on me. I had just had our instrument moved from Seattle WA to Santa Fe NM. In the process screws were lost to attach the peddles to the case. Our piano is over 100yrs old and needed special attention to use the correct hardware to re attach them. Alexander arrived on time with buckets of screws and parts to properly repair my instrument. I'm so happy and I highly recommend 88 Keys Piano Warehouse for your piano needs.

I recently moved to Albuquerque and was looking for a Yamaha P22 piano for my home. I was really pleased by the selection of pianos at 88 Keys and the excellent service I received there. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with. The piano was expertly delivered on the day and time I had prearranged and it's wonderful! I can HIGHLY recommend this business!

We live hours from Albuquerque, so when my family drives in to make any sort of major purchase, we're often apprehensive about what could go wrong, or whether we'll have made the trip for nothing, The experience can be stressful. Alexander at 88 Keys Piano Warehouse showed up a half hour before my family's scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and complimentary of my kids' playing. The piano we had come to see was absolutely as-advertised, and had been beautifully maintained. Never once did Alexander make any objection to our thorough inspection, or pressure us to consider a more expensive instrument. I would highly recommend 88 Keys Piano Warehouse to anyone shopping for a piano near Albuquerque.

Hard to adequately express my gratitude for all the help with our "new" piano. In the end, it ended up in our living room last Tuesday afternoon when it was carefully delivered and put in a place that I had prepared for it. The delivery was right on time and the guys handled it all very well. I would use them if I ever had to have a piano relocated. Leading up to that, at the suggestion of another piano shop in Albuquerque, we went to 88 Keys to take a look. We were greeted the instant we walked in and treated with friendly patience as we browsed amongst the very many pianos that are displayed. Economic considerations narrowed our final choice but didn't diminish the quality of our purchase. We were encouraged to play anything there and compare sound and feel, discuss the history and provenance of them and hear some sage counsel regarding wise choices. All questions were answered. We were given a tour of their repair/renovation shop, got to meet the craftsmen and look at some pianos being made ready for sale. This was a confidence inspiring event as we were made fully aware of the depth of knowledge and skill behind the pianos in the showroom. In a nutshell, these guys are good at what they do.Our first visit was encouraging to the extent that I worried our first choice would be gone if we didn't grab it so we went back the next day and finished up.We like our "new" piano. It looks good, sounds good, plays well and has no issues. The price was fair and the transaction was easy. I feel that we made a wise choice. They don't carry any digital or electronic pianos. Everything there is conventional and made of wood. If you're looking for a conventional piano of quality, this is the place with the best selection. Ours is an upright...they had quite a few. They also have an excellent selection of Grands...both small and large.Parking is abundant and access from Menaul near University is very easy. Don't be misled by the name warehouse, it's much more than that.

I wish I could rate them higher than five, as they are a rare jewel. Besides doing fabulous restoration and repairs, they carry a nice selection of pianos, they are real pros at moving, and their customer service is over the top. I would recommend them to anyone needing any service on their piano. They rebuilt and refinished my mid-century Steinway. Couldn't be happier. I also happen to know that they support our local performing arts groups in a big way, which is so appreciated.

I got a great second-hand Baldwin console and am very pleased with it. All at 88 Keys are friendly and helpful. I got a bit of history of this specific piano and also of the shop. I was quite impressed with all the work that they do on restoring and repairing pianos. The purchase price includes delivery and also the first tune-up, which I'll schedule shortly. This business is a real gem in Albuquerque.

Alexander serviced my Yamaha grand piano after it was moved. He was only supposed to hook up the pedals and fix the climate control system. Without asking me, or offering an explanation, he vacuumed the piano, for which he charged $125! I was out of the room for a while and when I came back he was rapidly adjusting the screws that regulate the action. He made the action so heavy and unresponsive that that my piano was virtually unplayable! (I am a professional pianist.) I had to hire a reputable piano technician, which cost me several hundred dollars, just to get my piano back to a playable condition. By the way, Alexander NEVER did hook the pedals up properly. The technician I hired had to fix that, too.
