I have been a patient of Gabe's for almost 2 years now. I would walk my dog 2x a day on top of walking around a very busy Dental clinic. I had plantar fasciitis so bad I could barely walk around work and I would sometimes have to take my shoes off mid day And wear crocs which didn't provide much relief. I was skeptical at first but I was desperate for relief with my plantar fasciitis. I booked and shared my story with him. I was 36 yrs old at the time I had been receiving steroid injections in the heels of my feet (my podiatrist told me I was too young but said he would administer them). I returned to my podiatrist and received custom made insoles for my shoes. I thought these two things should fix me. I was also buying all the recommended walking shoes (Brooks, Hokas), rubbing my foot on a tennis ball, soaking them in epsom salt, icing them. It seemed like there was no relief. So I turned to 3H fitness and visited Gabe. He let me know that it would take some time for my body to heal correct itself ect. He has also helped me with my vertigo. I wanted instant relief but I had faith in Gabe as he is very thorough in explaining his decompression techniques and how the body heals itself. (Vertigo relief seemed instant, plantar fasciitis took some time to heal). I am now wearing any style of shoes I desire, walking before and after work without pain. i don't use the custom insoles in my shoes. I noticed relief within 4-6 months of being treated by Gabe. I remember being scared I needed surgery. I kept thinking if I feel like this at 36 how will I walk at 46? So nowAnytime I hear someone saying they are in pain I share my story and tell them don't suffer go see Gabe. If you are reading reviews and hesitating scheduling please do yourself a huge favor and thank me later; Schedule that appointment you will not regret it.

Highly recommend Gabe and Elizabeth for anyone really. I first started with Gabe when I was pregnant. I constantly struggled with lower back and hip issues prior to seeing him. He adjusted me all the way up to birth and for my first birth it was fast and smooth. About a year after birth I ended up overdoing workouts and threw my back out pretty good. I was unable to do much. Couldn't work, care for my child, barely dress myself. I went to urgent care and Primary care with very little help. I finally went back to Gabe and barely walked in the building. With one adjustment I was able to walk out without dragging my leg. I continued his care and started with Elizabeth for PT. Between the two of them I am now able to bend and do so much more than I ever thought I could! I am back to do doing Kettle Bell swings, something I thought I would never do again! They are truly a blessing and I am forever grateful for their care!... Sidenote-Gabe even worked on my 6 week old baby when he was suffering with Colic. He gave Gabe his first smile ever! A few months later he was having constipation issues that landed us in the ER which didn't do anything. Gabe adjusted him again and on the drive home he pooped out of his outfit all in his car seat ! I had never been so happy to clean up poop in my life ! Truly a miracle worker!

Gabe has helped me with chronic back pain for over a year now. The results are amazing and I no longer have to take Ibuprofen. I'm able to walk normal again and my pain has greatly decreased. His wife does fitness training and they are fun to be around. Best part he does adjustments for my son.

Gabe is fantastic. He listens to your problems and then does an adjustment to address yourv ssues. You feel some relief instantly. Over the next few days you continue to feel more relief.

I was referred to 3h fitness and wellness by a friend. After my second visit my brain felt like it woke up for the first time in years. I had such horrible brain fog from Lyme disease and Lupus but after my second appointment I had such clarity and energy. It was such a relief. I highly recommend giving them a chance!

There is nobody out there who would not benefit from either Gabe and Elizabeth. Nowadays, everyone has poor health issues and a severe lack of education about food, exercise, and how our body works. Gabe and Liz cover all of that - from food prep to trigger point therapy. They have been able to accomplish some very remarkable results, in the cases I've seen them working, as well as with our family as well.

Gabe and Elizabeth are awesome. I will never go anywhere else for my headaches. I love their approach to aches and pains . Very detailed and thorough. Explains everything in terms you can understand. I highly recommend 3H .

I have been seeing Gabe for years. My husband works out with Elizabeth. Their style of therapy is different and effective! Gabe was able to help my body heal as no one had ever been able to before. I had chronic issues due to scoliosis and I had been going to the chiropractor weekly for 7 straight years before I found Gabe. Now I only go in as needed, usually every 3-4 months! I highly recommend this business!

BEWARE! This place is not safe. I drove 45 minutes from Santa Fe to visit 3H Fitness. I walked in the door and immediately saw that the receptionist was not wearing a mask. (In New Mexico the mandate is people wear masks in an indoor public setting.) It never occurred to me that a wellness clinic would not abide by the mask mandate. Especially given the highly contagious Omicron virus was beginning to make advances in New Mexico. I asked the receptionist what was their mask policy? She stated, "You are free to wear a mask or not. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable." I then asked if all the folks working there were vaccinated, because this was the only possible explanation that made sense to me. At this point the owner of the business stated from another room, "We are Americans here, and you are free to do what feels best to you." The receptionist gave me a clipboard to fill out some documents. She picked up on my discomfort and stated that I didn't have to have to have a session. I gave the clipboard back to her. I was shocked that a business dedicated to healing people could be so irresponsible by potentially exposing their clients to a deadly virus. And not only that they were willfully breaking the law here in New Mexico. So be forewarned, if you are a prospective new client, you will be entering a business that does not abide by New Mexico's mask mandate.
