I had a couple of slab leaks over a year and a half so I decided to get my house repiped above the slab. The only way to do it with a flat roof is to go through the walls and through the studs. Dimitri, the owner of this small business, did all the work himself which meant drilling all the holes through the studs, running all the pipe, insulating all the pipe, including insulating the hot water line on inside walls, And insulating some spaces between joists that never had insulation in the first place. The work was permitted and inspected and he used ball valves for shut offs instead of valves with a washer. All in all I can't say enough good things about his work and his work ethic. I took a lot of pictures I hope they can all be put on this page because the amount of work that went into this was epic. He couldn't have been nicer or more polite. A friend and colleague will come Monday and replace the drywall that was cut. His name is Dominic Moore and I highly recommend him as well because he's the one who recommended Dimitri of 3G plumbing to me. In the pictures notice the bracket that he put in the closet behind the shower. He was able to do the tie ins and drop downs without having to do anything to my tile. Excellent work. This is what happens when the work gets permitted and you use a master plumber who has a lot of experience in the field. Plus he figured out a way to go through the sides of the cabinets on the outside walls so the various cabinets and fixtures didn't have to be moved. He's also giving me a $250 credit to have my house cleaned after the project is completed. Kudos.
