Alaskan Sourdough Bakery

We stumbled upon this Sourdough Bakery in between a couple of CityPass attractions and were so happy we did! The smell of fresh bread enticed us and sandwiches happened to be the perfect lighter fare for the day. John and I went with paninis, mine a turkey pesto and John went with a Reuben panini. Robert opted for the shrimp roll- which I teased him about since he was saying the day before he was over having seafood! haha- nope, not yet. The bread was fabulous. My panini was delicious and John really enjoyed his too. Robert had extra bread, as they carved out a trench to fill with shrimp and then made sure he still got all that bread! We were all quite satisfied!

This place is small, but it's one of those places that has good sandwiches. If you like sourdough this is a place for you.

We walked in here since the aroma is lovely ! They were giant fresh baked loaves of sourdough on the bottom that open display window so you can see exactly what you're getting and how big each pastry is. Also, they have a giant board which is very easy to read of specials drinks, as well as sandwiches and breakfast. The older lady that I was with was so lovely. She made me feel at home. I got a motz sandwich which was amazing. The bread was phenomenal. Also got two giant chocolate chip cookies, which the kids fell in love with and so did I! Also got a cinnamon twist, which was so flavorful! I highly recommend to stop in here, since the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and the treats are delicious!Everything was very neat and kept. The cooler was well stocked with drinks as well as they offer fountain drinks and chips. There is seating areas in there that are stroller accessible.

Out food was good. We ordered three kids meals, the shrimp sando, and bread bowl with clam chowder. Everything was really, really tasty. Their bread was perfect and very flavorful. However, the prices are steep, and the service is terrible. It's a sandwich shop and I was charged extra for mayonnaise...The person who helped me was extremely unhelpful and forgot two of our things and was super annoyed when I asked for butter (for the bread) and my other items in my order. My son's sandwich had one piece of thin sliced ham on it and the rest was plain.

We had breakfast at this place, and it was legendary. they make bread masterpieces . ill definitely come back to that place

We stopped here for lunch after walking around Pike Place Market. The chowder was excellent, very rich and flavorful. I liked it a lot. The tomato bisque was also excellent, not at all acidic. The wife and I split a shrimp roll and it was very good. You get 5 shrimp in sourdough bread. The shrimp were fresh. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Caesar salad was way overdressed. It had enough dressing for 3 salads, and therefore was not that good. Sometimes, less is better. The oatmeal raisin cookie was thick and tasty. You order at the counter and then pick up yourself. We liked the experience and would return.

This honestly was one of the best sandwiches I've had. I got a turkey and havarti sourdough sandwich and it was so soft and fresh! My friend got the three swedes and seemed to like it. I wasn't crazy about their chocolate chip cookies because they were the soft/chewy kind (I like mine a bit crunchy) but they tasted amazing and fresh. As far as service is concerned, I get the vibe it's all teenagers so they're scattered and stressed as hell, it's honestly a little bit entertaining to watch.

It was very dirty. Very old greasy dirt in the counter. The pastries were dry. Very disappointed.

Great place of r quick sandwich in the wharf in seatle. The sandwiches were very good but the bread bowl with chowder looked amazing

Came upon this touristy place right by the Cruise Ship terminals @ Pier 57. We smelled it before we saw it!If you are a sucker for sourdough, this is a place to Carb-Up!The Espresso was smooth and delicious. The Chocolate Chunk Muffin was increadible.Prices are reasonable, friendly and prompt service. Recommend!
