Aladdin's Meza Platter Hummus, tabouleh, baba ghanouj, Chicken and meat Shawarma, dolma, falafels, baked kebeh, tzaziki, tahini, garlic sauce, pickles + olives Loved this!!! This was so fun to eat, trying a little bit of just about everything on the menu. I ordered this to go, and the staff packaged everything up super nicely and securely. The meat schwarma was pretty good, the chicken a little dry. The falafels were amazing--so, so light and fluffy and crispy on the outside, and I'm not usually a falafel fan!! The kebeh was delicious, loved all the different sauces on the side of this platter. The baba ghanouj was one of my favorite things. This came with a few pitas as well, which were great! Only downside was that this was a little pricey, even as much food as it was.

Aladdin's is consistently great. I enjoy bringing friends here for their first time. Everyone I have brought here has really enjoyed it. Today was no exceptionService - Friendly and attentive. Ambiance - You have an option of sitting indoors with Mediterranean decor or outside on the covered patio. Food - Always very tasty. We split the Meza Platter and still had enough food left for lunch tomorrow. The Meza platter gives you a taste of a lot of different items. Please look at the menu photo to see all that's included. They also offer lunch specials. Parking- Aladdin's is located in the Hub shopping center in Hillcrest. There is usually parking in the lot, you might have to make a few trips around the lot to get a space.

One of the most delicious Mediterranean meals I've had. I'm not a fan of falafel but theirs is definitely something else - I would highly recommend you try it here. Everything we ordered was so rich in flavor and very filling. I did have a massive stomachache right after the meal though, which was a nightmare because I had a flight to catch. But despite all the pain and struggle I went through I would come back again because it was THAT good.

I'm angry that I paid $9.50 for two small fingers of baklava. That wasn't worth it at all. Whatever, I just won't get it again. Everything else was excellent. Love their drinks - we tried the apricot one and the tamarind one. They also have a date one I want to try next time. We shared the mesa platter during our most recent experience. It was the perfect amount for two people + a little left over for lunch the next day. Everything was flavorful and I love the variety. I'll be back!

Aladdin Hillcrest is a quaint Lebanese and Mediterranean restaurant located in The Hub. It is a family run business and the service is great. I fell in love with this restaurant after trying the Chicken Shawarma Wrap lunch special (with side salad, lentil soup, rice, or fries). It was only $10 a decade ago and now it's only $12. The chicken Shawarma wrap is insanely good! I'm not sure if it's the seven spices that they use to cook the chicken or the garlic paste that they put on it, but it is legendary! Their falafel is also very good, with a crisp outer crust, but a warm and soft inner core that has the faint flavor of cinnamon. Delicious!

First of all sometimes you are traveling and you want to something you have been craving which you know sadly your own city lacks. I came to San Diego and wanted schwarma and or super good food. We stopped here at Aladdin and OMG!!! This food was spot on and amazing - we started with the half order of hummus and the pita bread was made sooo fresh thin and steaming hot and the hummus was soooo smooth and creamy it was delicious! And also the Kebeh croquettes- so crispy and flavorful and steaming hot and fresh (again) we also had the wraps made with the super amazing thin pita bread and they were delicious. If you like side salads with your wrap it was amazing as well. Fresh greens cucumbers tomatoes onions tossed in that herby tangy olive oil mixture. Everything was spot on and it seems like this is spot for the regulars who live around here. If you are here then come here
