This is an interesting little hole-in-the-wall shop. They serve a collection of different Indian sweets and snack items. I guess I kind of have to caveat this with that I'm (obviously) not Indian, so you gotta take this review with a grain of salt too. I got two items, the papri chaat and the bun kebab. I've had papri chaat before but have never had bun kebab. The best way I can describe the meat texture is that it is similar to pate or the inside of a Jack in the Box taco (guilty pleasure). It was covered with some chutney and red onions. Overall, I thought it was alright but it was missing something and I felt that it was a little bland even with the chutneys and spices.Papri chaat i have had before, but this version i felt was particularly sweet. I would have liked something more sour or spicy to contrast and balance out the flavor.I didn't get to try any of their sweets. If I go back I will give those a try as well.

We showed up just as another couple weeks as walking out of the establishment. My teen daughter (not of Pakistani/Indian descent) went inside and stood at the counter for a good 5-6 min while a lady was working in the back. My daughter was standing directly in clear view of the door leading to where the lady stood.Another car pulled up and a man (who appeared to be of Pakistani/Indian descent) went inside. After about a minute the employee came back to the front, looked directly at my daughter and then proceeded to take an order from the man. Completely ignoring my daughter as she filled his box of confectionery items.Another group of young men came inside and she acknowledged them while still working on the first mans order.I called my daughter and told her to leave. Apparently they cater to the Indian community and don't need business from other cultures. Noted and we will not be back.

Living in Richmond for so long and didn't noticed this place exists. Saw their Kachori online on facebook, called them and asked if they have it, headed to the place. They made fresh Keema kachori for us, took them 10 minutes but who cares about time when you have fresh Karachi flavored Keema Kachori. Yes, if you have eaten Kachoris in Karachi from United King, Sohni Sweets or Royal then you may know what I meant. Well fried filled with beef keema uhmm! I have eaten Keema Kachori of 4 or 5 known places in Houston but this one stands out a lot. They have sitting space also and a full menu of halal served snacks. The owner/manager was kind enough and treat us well.

Well I would have loved to try the "4 star" sweets and food here if the person working at the counter could have been bothered to serve me. It does not bode well when you're the only customer there and the person manning the store feels like you're seriously inconveniencing them by wanting to, you know spend money that contributes to their income so they can continue to be inconvenienced by others like me, heretofore known as customers. At Indian and Pakistani places I usually do not go with high expectations of service so a new bar was set here. They had to a dig a hole to set it that low. If you ask me, it's just easier to perform an apathetic transaction devoid of any emotion then work to be this rude.

Good halwa puri. Ignore all other comments. There food is delicious and price is super cheap. The ladies are hard working and try there best to give good customer service. I guess customers in morning times are cranky and Desi people specially get max for no reason. I remember when this place opened new still same quality and pricing since the time when there weren't a lot of Desi options around Richmond area. Thanks for the devotion by the owners.

Good halwa puri breakfast. Paratha is huge!! Chole was meh. Chai was good, but whattheactual?! The cups are Japanese style mini bowls?! Haha! The omelette was good. Service was fine. Tiny place. Not many tables. Inside a gas station area. Cleanliness is as good as it can be for a hole in the wall. I like tiny establishments like this, I will return to try other things on the menu.

The service is really bad, when you call nobody answers the phone, the owner is hardly there, it's left on the 2 Hispanic ladies who is running the business and they don't know what customer service is.
