Akashi Sushi Fusion Asian Cuisine

The restaurant was really nice and laid out well. The mix of Chinese and Japanese menu choices had the whole family covered. Service was excellent and very accommodating to special requests. Prices were reasonable as well. Sushi was fresh. I had the Eggplant in Garlic sauce and it as soap which is why I am not giving 5 stars, but i'd definitely go back.

The ambiance here is so welcoming and calm. My food was fresh and delicious. My waitress was attentive and kind. I love their fried rice!

I was avoiding this place because of the name. I don't eat Sushi, but this restaurant popped up in a search for Chinese food, so I checked out the menu. I ordered to go, but arriving here, the place appeared to be very nice. I can bring the wife here, she eats Sushi. Why three stars, it just needed a little extra attention to detail to the food. I ordered Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup, and Orange chicken. The egg rolls, average, maybe average plus. Nothing noteworthy. I do not know if they were bought from a supplier or made at the store. Well made egg rolls made by the restaurant are obvious. The egg drop soup was very good. The amount in the to go container was very nice. However, I like crunchy noodles with my soup and the amount of noodles was to small. They were also stale. The orange chicken was a 'signature' dish. I thought orange chicken was supposed to be spicy by default. It was not. The serving size could also have been larger. It was generally good, but after I ate my meal, I felt less than satisfied. I do not want to be harsh on this place, it was generally good and better than the last two places I tried.

Food was great. The presentation is beautiful on all the dishes we had. Seated quickly and service was good.

My husband and i LOVE sushi, so we were super excited to try this place- especially with being new to the area. WE LOVE IT! I would recommend the a&m roll, spicy man, igloo, and new Orleans- they are definite favorite and won't disappoint. prices are pretty normal and the rolls are huge! also the towers are delicious! The only thing is the first couple of times we went, service was spot on- some other times it was pretty slow. so make sure you aren't rushed when you go. All in all, the sushi is amazing and we can't wait to go back again! Oh! and plus they aren't just a sushi joint, they also have Japanese and Chinese cuisine for anyone who isn't a sushi fan.

Set in a shopping plaza near FM1463, this restaurant has a colorful and modern interior and plenty of seating. If you want basic Chinese or Japanese dishes then this place may work for you. I'm not like that and try as I may I could not find a dish on the me that I really wanted. Our had some English, but not enough to help us with the menu. Instead my son, who also had difficulty, picked a hot cup of tea and two rolls. I was hoping to get a pot of green tea to share. Instead, we were each given individual cups with Kroger brand tea bags. Kroger brand!The Calamari roll wasn't bad, but we ate our two rolls and left.

Very good Asian food. Excellent lunch specials, bento box and normal Chinese dishes. Good stuff!

Fast service and courteous employees. They know you order and their food tastes great. As soon as you walk in, you get greeted and seated in this nice looking spot. I'll visit there again.

First of all i asked if they accept apple pay because that was my only form of payment, but then when it came time to pay i was told they didn't accept apple pay.On top of all that they got my order wrong and i found a hair in my food.

Solid American style Chinese food and variety of other styles enjoyed by the whole family.
