AJ's Burgers

No one in our party had been to this restaurant before so it was a nice surprise that the cheeseburgers were tasty. The burgers had real good flavor. The milkshakes were good too.The family that owns the restaurant are hard workers. We were there before the Saturday dinner rush. This place gets busy.

One of the favorite places we ate at during our road trip. It's a fantastic little mom and pop joint that has great burgers. The lady serving us was so kind and friendly. Our order came up quite quickly. The ingredients were so fresh and tasty. They also had so many milkshake flavors on the menu. People were coming in just for milkshakes. You can eat in or take out. There are a few tables inside.

Pretty awesome jalapeños burger and PB milkshake!! The lady at the counter was super nice and I felt welcomed. Found this joint next to Starbucks and boy, I think I found my favorite burger joint. To me, It's as good as Five guys but you don't have to shell out 20 dollars for a burger! I am coming back with my kids!

We were in the mood for fish and chips and AJ's came up along our route. We shared a 3 piece cod, subbing waffle fries and adding onion rings. The waffle fries stole the show, with both of us agreeing they were the winner. Cod was well battered and fried, a bit greasy but not unpleasantly so and definitely not soggy. The onion rings were a tiny bit over cooked but still tasty and the crunch was great while they were hot. We also had a milkshake which we did not regret. In fact, as we were eating, multiple people came in and ordered just milkshakes. Ours was thick, tasty, and dangerously sweet in the best of ways. The shop was clean, with friendly owners and decor that seems to reflect their personalities and made us smile. We enjoyed the visit and will come back to try a burger next time we're in the area.

This is my second review and I must say I was very much impressed. The burgers were very much improved over last time and the wait time was less then 10 minutes. I will definitely be telling my friends to give them a try. The shakes here have always been top quality. Now I have to go back and try the rest of the food

I Yelped burgers up in the Marysville area and AJ's Burgers came up as pretty highly rated so I stopped in for a late lunch.I ordered the Cheeseburger combo which came with a drink and crinkle cut fries. Fry sauce and ketchup were brought to my table with my order. My cheeseburger had onions pickles and lettuce and was pretty basic. The food was tasty and it was pretty much what you want in a mom and pop place which is good service and food. I liked the cute decor inside with multiple hand paintings of love for AJ's. Not a bad place when you need a bite.

AJ's has been on my list since I moved. When I went today, I wanted to try the variety the menu offers. Service was very good, polite and friendly staff! The place was very lowkey, a few tables if you want to dine in. I decided on a chocolate shake, mac and cheese bites, a chicken Cesar wrap, and a bacon sourdough burger. Shake was good, was kinda tough to drink as it was very thick! Mac and cheese bites were solid but they didn't come with sauce and I'm not paying for sauce. Them straight up was good, not amazing. The wrap was also good. The chicken was seasoned well with lots of lettuce but it could've had a bit more sauce, I like a saucier wrap personally. Finally the burger. It was also pretty great, nothing crazy. The best burger locally is still galbi but very tasty still. The prices were so fair for the area! All that food for 28 dollars. Will have multiple meals. We go way out of our way to come to AJ's burgers. The owners are fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The food is great. The fries and the onion rings are the best. We will continue to come to AJ's for burgers if we're within 50 miles of here! Oh... the shakes are great,too!
