Aha Indian Food Truck

This is the real deal. I had the butter chicken. It was served using quart sized containers, one with curry sauce with good size chunks of tender chicken and a separate container with moist, perfectly cooked rice. Just the right amount of spiciness. So flavorful!

I am relatively new to the Redmond area having worked and lived primarily in Bellevue for 4 months of this year 2023. The family which owns and operates Aha is wonderful, nice, polite, warm and welcoming. Try the Onion Samosa with Chai with your family and friends and co-workers and watch the smiles and experience the happiness with good company. I look forward to trying their full menu. Adjacent to a nice Indian Store and Temples in a very safe, family and kid friendly neighborhood. Would take any of the Professionals I know to this location.

Best samosa, Bajji & Chai in redmond area. Mango lassi is yummy & fresh. Always get greetings from their owner and good customer care.

We found this absolute gem of a food truck when picking up an OfferUp item in East Redmond. Upon rolling into the parking lot, we noticed that the truck is located next to Sai Baba Temple and Swagath Grocery Distribution Center. The truck was playing music and surrounded by several people waiting for their orders. All signs pointed to us happening across the holy grail of Indian food trucks. Prices are *incredibly* reasonable. When ordering I asked the man at the register to recommend a dessert, but he said they only have them on the weekends. We couldn't wait to eat our dinner and it was a nice day out, so we ate in the parking lot. We shared a veg kurma, ulavacharu biryani, and Mango Frooti. Was it elevated, hipster cuisine? No. Was it solid, down-home cooking that feels like you've lucked out and been invited to a dinner you may not usually get to enjoy? Yes. Expect a bit of a wait as this truck is obviously popular. We may have to make more trips out here just to try more of their offerings!

This place is a big joke. Ordered 2 dosas. Made me wait 25mins then they say they can make only one. The ONE dosa they gave me was the worst I ever had. Cant believe they have the guts to serve that crap

I recently visited the Aha Indian Food Truck for an order pickup, hoping to indulge in some authentic Indian cuisine. I was excited to try their dosa. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. I had ordered a dosa, vada, and samosa, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order.Instead of receiving the dosa I had eagerly anticipated, I was given chole poori. While chole poori is a delicious dish in its own right, it was not what I had originally ordered, and I was left feeling quite disappointed. The mix-up in my order set a negative tone for the entire dining experience.Furthermore, to add to my disappointment, the chutneys that usually accompany dosa and vada were missing from my order. These chutneys play a crucial role in enhancing the flavors of the dishes, and their absence was keenly felt. The overall taste of the food was just average, failing to live up to my expectations of authentic Indian flavors.While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was disheartening to have such a mix-up occur, especially when it significantly impacted my enjoyment of the meal.Despite the mix-up, I appreciate the effort put into the preparation of the chole poori. The vada and samosa flavors were okay but nothing worth mentioning.While the food was passable, it failed to leave a lasting impression. I hope that the food truck takes note of these issues and works towards improving the accuracy of their orders.i

I observed one of the employees blow their nose and proceed to immediately touch my Roti. He did not wash his hand or change gloves. I was too embarrassed to say anything and I was also not able to because the music they were playing was too loud for them to hear me. I just took my loss this time but I will not be back. I hope that they read my review and are more considerate of their customers in the future. It is not okay, it completely ruined my experience and I will never be back.

Food was very good flavor and didn't take too long to get served. They didn't have everything on the menu and there's not much ambiance from a truck so minus 1 star. Will definitely go again.

I ordered chole bhatore, samosa chaat, chicken dum biryani, masala dosa, onion samosa, and chicken 65. We had a get-together. There were chairs and a table outside; we sat outside and ate. The ambiance was perfect; the staff served very well. We asked for chutneys and other cutleries. They were accommodating. We had a really good time. The food is good. I highly recommend this Indian food truck for snacks, appetizers, and main courses.

ordered two dosas, vadas, and idlis through door dash and the food truck confirmed my order when i got there even though their pan wasn't working which means they couldn't make dosas. the worker immediately confirmed it without checking what was in the order knowing that the pan wasn't working which eliminated many choices from their menu. he then claimed he couldn't give me a refund for the order or unconfirm it which would allow himto refund the order. when i tried to cancel through door dash it wouldn't give me a refund since the worker had already confirmed the order. after pointing this out to him, he was extremely unhelpful and barely offered any solutions - he offered to substitute the dosas with different items that were half the price of the dosa meaning i would lose half the money from the order. after arguing with the guy he had the audacity to say i shouldn't have ordered through door dash in the first place. he shouldn't have been on doordash if he doesn't like using it/doesn't even know how to use it! he shouldn't have confirmed the order without knowing what was in it and making sure he had all the available items and even after doing so, he should have at least been willing to work with me. the level of service at this food truck is appallingly bad and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone for that alone.
