Ah-So

Went there yesterday with my friend, and because she's a regular, we were treated well. We ordered and shared 3 rolls, and the sushi was good! The miso soup was ok. They had a pond with live fish inside the restaurant which was nice. There weren't many people there for sushi. The majority were there for teppanyaki.

Great place to go for Teppanyaki. For my husband's birthday and he was so happy with his food. They also have sushi and lunch specials during the day that we will have to go back and try.

Truly enjoyed my first experience here, as we went to celebrate a birthday! The staff were attentive and quick. The cook was amazing & did many tricks also caused many laughs. We went on a Wednesday at like 6:30 it was not so busy as we thought it'd be so it wasn't too loud nor quiet. 5/5 ! I would go again

Food was ok. The place seemed clean. The waitress insulted me to the point where I will not be returning. It's aggravating because we ate here a few times a year.

If they had a 0 stars I will have put that. I had date night dinner with my wife last night 6/28/24 With times like this that's hard to go out to a restaurant especially paying over $140 for my bill and to get a horrible customer service by my waitress Linda. It's very disappointing to know there's no customer service like you expect when you work hard all week! and finally plan a date night with the wifey to go out and enjoy a great meal. But unfortunately my waitress Linda does not know what customer service is! I had a bad experience at the end after she brought my bill. I was still eating and finishing up my food and Beer, then she takes my bill and 3 minutes later she came back again with my bill thinking I had already put my debit card, she noticed i hadn't payed yet. So she comes back to bring my bill again with an awful attitude! And I asked her why she took my bill. She responded I need to go, I need to go.. so I told her if she just wanted her tip or what she did not reply and left me with no answer. She just went back where I can see her, only to go wrap more forks. She never left after I finished my beer. I was very upset with how she reacted! I will definitely not go back to this restaurant I will take my hard earned money somewhere else! Sad to know there's employees like this!! You have lost a great customer and a great Tipper!!

In a strip mall, behind Black Bear diner this place is tucked away off Bell Road, blink and you'd miss it. But once inside, you're quite taken care of. Great service. Haven't tried their hibachi grill, only sushi, which is quite fresh and good so far.

What a great restaurant. The hubs and I had been wanting to try this place, but never had the time...until tonight. We did get the filet mignon teppanyaki which came soup, salad, rice, veggies and of course steak. So super tender and delicious.

This place is the real deal, after spending years in Japan, I have not been able to find the correct way to make "yum yum" sauce until now. I will drive past all the other ah-so locations which are not affiliated and drive the 45 min from the east valley. The service, and ambiance is great for kids and families.

First time here- I was greeted right away & wanted to place an order to go. Tianna, the host/server quickly took my order and made sure my order was gluten free, including the soy sauce. Food was amazing/ quickly prepared by a very nice cook, further more they had left over oranges and she brought me one of those as well.Will def be back. THANK YOU!

BEWARE OF FORCED TIPS!! These ladies expect you to pay $20-$35 for gratuity! Skip this AH-SO location and go to a different one around the valley. Servers get jealous you tip the chef that actually deserves the tip! If these ladies wanted a bigger tip they should actually put the effort to receive bigger tips !!!! I have to flag these servers every time to get a refill. I was told to never come back because I don't leave big enough tips. CRAZY!
