My favorite southwest spot in the city. You always get consistent service, delicious food and a good deal the first hour they're open.During the first hour appetizers are buy one get one free, the lobster tails are excluded. You can get this special at the bar or while dining at a table.My most recent visit was a quick stop for the jalapeno margarita for $14.50 and an order of the shrimp spring rolls $11.50 and guacamole $12; I ended up getting the shrimp spring rolls for free.Although this was only small bites I walked out feeling so full because I could not stop eating that perfectly flavored salsa, they should really sale jars of that salas....SO GOOD!Overall this is an oldy but goody, you cannot go wrong. Make sure to ask for their vegetarian menu if you have dietary restrictions. They also have free parking right next to the restaurant.

Great place for a classy full bodied dinner with drinks! The ambiance at Agave has an old New Mexico flavor on the inside too which is cool. The food is good and this is a great restaurant if you like spice and flavor. I had the flank steak Medium with the Spanish rice -Steak was not too thin, honestly the perfect cut with great flavor, and the rice full of complementary flavor and authentic tase.Was slightly more on the well side though. Will be back!

I've been a regular at Agave for 22 years and decided to have my 50th birthday celebration there last night. I worked with Chef Jack on a family-style dinner menu for a group of 16 close friends. The entire experience from beginning to end was better than I could have imagined. Jack, Kim, Max, and the entire Agave team were attentive and kept our private patio table well fed and happy from the moment we walked in the door. The food was delicious, as always, and we all left with full bellies and big smiles. I highly recommend Agave for large group dinners, as I've had numerous ones over the years. They never disappoint! Thank you for the amazing experience, Agave!!!

Agave Restaurant is located in Cabbage Town at 242 Blvd SE Atlanta, GA 30312This is a family owner established. On 7/6/2024 Health Score is 89 = BOur servers were Anderson and Helena they both were very, very, very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We ordered the Watermelon Margarita, the Enchiladas and the Rio Grande Burrito. The food was seasoned well and so delicious. The presentation was also very nice. The restaurant ambiance was a little dark for me. But the overall vibe offered music piping through the speakers and a cozy feeling. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. It's was the Rio Grande Burrito for me.

Omg!!! The food was so good!! The vibe was so cool. The best part was that the Chef / Owner came to our table to ask about the food. That's rare! The Chef at Ordinaire - Norfolk VA came to my table as well. I wished more chefs would do that. I was so appreciative. Check out his cd on Apple Music. Thank you for the awesome hospitality. The hidden gem of cabbagetown! I really should make a weekly reservation at this point. The food is so ridiculously good. Chips and salsa come but don't fill up... save room for dinner. The enchiladas are the same price as a burrito at any local chain... so it's a no brainer for us! And service is always so friendly. And personal. You leave feeling like family. The outside front is great for a cocktail (car and people watching). i wish they'd have dinner service on those patio tables!!! Oh and the spicy pb pie isn't overly spicy and a great dessert selection!

Dinner with friends for a birthday and it's a Saturday night. Luckily we have a reservation and we are sat right away!Chips and salsa to start and I enjoyed my Peachtree Margarita!There were 9 of us and our server, James, took care of us well! Ask for him! Almost all of us got the Medallions - but all a little different!It was quite tasty and those onion rings - those alone should be a side or an app, YUM!We also got the dessert sampler (we were celebrating a birthday after all)! And it was so good! I would take the strawberry compote from the cheesecake and put it on the peanut butter pie - DEEEEELICIOUS!Highly recommend!

First time there, and I definitely recommend that you go there. The restaurant has a complimentary valet parking and I suggest that you leave them tips.Chips and salsa are complimentary. The food didn't take long , and everything arrived hot. My husband got the grilled pork Chop, and I got the Pinto Beans & Green Chile Tostada. Everything was delicious, very well seasoned. The atmosphere was kind of quiet and intimate, and they have a fireplace that gives it that touch. Our server has amazing energy and very friendly.

Agave is a cozy restaurant that serves fusion Mexican and Southern comfort food. They call it "Creative Southwestern Cuisine"Agave has a regular menu and a vegetarian menu. The complementary chips and salsa were very good! I decided on the Cayenne Fried Chicken for my entree. It was good! Flavorful and FILLING. The max and cheese was a pass. It was not good.I loved the fireplaces. The service was solid and efficient. I'd say check them out if you're in the area!
