Adrian's Restaurant & Tequila Bar

Terrible service and mediocre food, don't recommend this place. We went on a weekday evening for a business dinner, about 10 people. The hostess was amazing, she accommodated a few extra guests and was constantly on her feet helping out. The 2 big issues were: 1. Service: The had only 2 servers for the whole restaurant, for about 50-70 people. So the servers were always busy, which means we couldn't order more items, get refills etc. I actually left hungry and had some food at my hotel later, it just wasn't possible to order more. 2. Food: The Pulpo was very rubbery, it seemed to not have been tenderized enough and/or overcooked. The steak tacos were fine, but very under seasoned. The sauce was basic tomato and chili, nothing special. The biggest issue was portion size, it was more like a large appetizer. All of us commented that we were still hungry, but it just wasn't worth waiting 15 minutes to grab the servers attention.

I took my sister here for her birthday lunch, and we had a wonderful time, which was enhanced by Adrian's incredible service and food/cocktails. Our lovely bartender, Vivan, and server, Alvaro, were a joy to interact with as well!We got the mojito, espresso martini, pulpo adobado, carne asada, and salmon tacos for lunch. They also brought out a flan as her birthday dessert, which was so sweet of them! I highly recommend a visit to Adrian's, and I'm definitely coming back as well. This place is worth adding to my special occasion roster!

Let me start by saying their drinks hit. I took Adrian's cocktail I think - it had Don Julio and it took me high. So definitely it's a A+ Tequila bar place. The food is delicious too. Very nice plating and presentation. I went on Valentine's Eve and the place was totally packed. Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Old Bellevue. Food is fresh and refreshing. I would recommend trying their Pescado Veracruzana which is a cuisine made out of seasonal fish - at this time they are serving Halibut and it's so delicious!!

Been here numerous times but sat at the bar and Vivian is amazing. Her exceptional customer service is hard to find in Bellevue. She is so attentive and caring. Never a moment when my glass was empty. Sat with a group of regulars and we all became one big group and she was so on point to ensure we were taken care of with food and drinks. She is SO friendly and has great recommendations on food and drinks. I was at the bar for good 4 hours and enjoyed every minute with her.Wish there was more of her in the restaurant business. Adrian's doesn't disappoint with food and beverages it their customer service is outstanding !!!

Located in old Bellevue- lucky and got one of the few parking spots on the back by Ginza. The server gave advice on cocktails and adding an egg on the enchiladas. The octopus appetizer was so tender and flavorful. The pork chop was a generous portion but was a bit dry. They did ask how I wanted it to be prepared but I wasn't brave enough to go any less than medium. Great ambiance for our GNO and the waiter even sang a Spanish song for us. Really fun to see this family owned restaurant in the area.

This is a really nice upscale Mexican restaurant with a huge selection of tequilas & unique homemade Mexican food. We started with a nice white wine, my husband got beer & a shot & then I got their special tequila drink with fresh lime- so good. When you sit down you are served homemade chips & bean dip- delicious! We decided on an order of spicy prawns to share- so good & definitely spicy. We wanted to share some more appetizers so we got the tower with veggies & crab- so good then we got the one with crab & salmon cervichi -it was delicious! For an entree we got the Enchilada Verdes to share- amazing! Our friend order the Adrian salad with salmon & we were all too full so we took it to go.

We had another wonderful lunch with Adrian and crew. We've never been disappointed with this corner gem on Main and 102 Ave SE in Bellevue. The finest Mexican Cuisine and Spirits. The Tequila list will astound you. Absolutely the best Fish tacos I've had. The establishment has the best restaurant vibe with music, attention to detail and beautiful art on the walls. Do not miss dining here. You will not be disappointed.

I was a bit hesitant trying this place - not sure why because it was simply amazing. From food to service 10/10 recommend. I got the salmon and husband got the steak. We also got the cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back to try their other dishes.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by our server, Roberto! From the moment we were seated, Roberto made us feel welcomed and well taken care of with a warmth and professionalism that is rare to find. His knowledge of the menu was impressive he recommended dishes that exceeded our expectations and made sure all our needs were met without being intrusive. Whenever our glasses were close to empty, he was there to refill them, always with a genuine smile. Furthermore, Roberto handled our special requests with ease and showed great attention to detail. His ability to anticipate our needs and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience truly memorable.In summary, Roberto service was simply outstanding. Thanks to him, we not only enjoyed a delicious meal but also had an unforgettable experience with plenty of laughs we will definitely be returning and always will be asking to be served by him.

The food was very good. The pulpo was excellent, and the fish Veracruz and the trout were perfectly done. Portions were just shy of enough. The prices are higher than the cost of ingredients would suggest, and so should afford a few more forkfuls of the wonderfully prepared food. The pulpo was particularly scanty. I'm sure the rent is high for that spot, but neighboring restaurants seem to better manage the balance between generosity and austerity. The service varied. The bartender and wait staff were on point. The hostess was very interested in chatting with her friends and wasn't concerned about our reserved table being delayed; we had to stand awkwardly in the doorway for some time, holding the door for deliveries a couple of times. Eventually she invited us to purchase drinks at the bar while we waited. A more competent hostess would have comped us a glass of wine, at least. Amateur. That's not what usually happens in white-tablecloth restaurants with those prices and such an excellent chef. I'll go back for the quality of the food, but not as often as I would if the other aspects I've mentioned were up to the mark.
