We came here for breakfast since we were staying at the W Brickell hotel. The food itself was pretty solid but the service left much to be desired. We ordered the Lady in Pink, which is basically a smoked salmon cream cheese bagel, and the Avocado toast. Both were delicious. However, we were told by the hostess to wait 20 minutes to be seated despite half the restaurant being empty when we arrived. After we were seated, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. We were never given utensils at any point during the service and we had to commandeer some forks, knives and napkins from adjacent empty tables. It seems like this place is severely understaffed.

We live in the building complex attached to this restaurant. We have been once for breakfast and once for lunch. I wasn't very impressed with the menu to begin with, it's incredibly limited and a shortage of healthy options. The service tends to be slow. Also, they don't take orders over the phone?! That is when you can finally get through to someone, tried calling multiple times and went to voicemail (which was full). Only to find out they don't accept phone orders. We are not ones to complain and are generally fair with our reviews, unfortunately it was hard to find something nice to say about this place. If you are staying in the W, there are plenty of other options nearby that I would highly recommend.

We stopped into ADDiKT quickly for...drumroll please...tequila shots! The servers were super kind and knew that we were in a hurry, and delivered! I would love to come back here to linger longer, but all in all I'd have to say the place is gorgeous and hosts a spectacular view. Thank you ADDiKT for a fun stop!

I ate breakfast here three times while staying at the W. It's a pretty average hotel restaurant, the kind that you would not make a trip to dine there again if not staying in the hotel. The staff is very friendly, but slow, slow, slow. On my first two visits, I was seated for a long time before someone came to take my breakfast order even though the place was not very busy. My food took a long time to arrive. More than 20 minutes for an order of bacon and eggs. On two out of three occasions, both were cold by the time I was finally served. Getting a refill on coffee also took an extremely long time. I don't know why there isn't a server routinely walking around with a pot of coffee and checking to see who needs some.

We have stayed here a few times, snd had lunch and breakfast here before. On this visit, during Covid time, they serve us breakfast and we can choose whatever we like! Paying the "destination fee" we got complimentary breakfast for 2, as well as other perks! Our server was wonderful and attentive. The chicken sausage was good, scrambled egg was good, and love the fresh berries as well as the coffee too! Nice view of the water and the pool! We'll be back.

This was a HUGE disappointment. Food was very average and highly overpriced, even for Miami. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a Monday night, yet it took 45 minutes for dinner. Our waitress never returned to refill water or check on us. The only time she came back, was to bring me the cocktail I ordered as we first sat down...and this was after we were ready for the check, over an hour after I ordered it. To top it off, they add in an 18% gratuity. I would not go there again, not even if the meal was free.

The views, ambiance and food flair make Addikt an addiction. Located on the 15th floor of W Miami, with a 360-degree view of downtown and Biscayne Bay. The chic restaurant specializes in innovative American and international cuisine. I reserved a window seat to get natural lighting for better pics. Even the Smokey Gray booth separations were stylish for picture backdrops and selfies. There is also an outdoor area to Adddikt but it was too windy the day I went. We did however watch the lights of the Ultra festival and the ferry boats tugging festival goers in, making the ambiance just perfect. One time for that Bang Bang Tuna Tartare, can I say bang bang?!?! Lol everything was delicious, but that was my absolute favorite bite of the night. I can see the addiction...and this is the rest of it:Forcasia Onion bread - complimentary and served warm with a side of olive oil and a vinaigrette to dip.Bang Bang Tuna Tartare - sweet & sour bang bang sauce / serrano / avocado / shiso / truffle ponzu / rice crackling -amazingggg, me describing the Bang Bang sauce!·Hooked on Carrots - grilled heirloom carrots / greek yogurt / carrot-harissa / french lentil salad. The carrot hummus with the micro greens combo got me hooked!Purple Haze - filet mignon / creamy mashed potatoes / grilled asparagus / baby carrots / peas / truffle beet puree. Got me hazy, the combination of the filet, potatoes and beet puree got me jonesing for more.Smuggling Salmon - french lentils / orange segments / browned hazelnuts / salsa verde / yogurt raita. The hazelnuts gave it a crunch and the yogurt dripped right into the lentils creating the perfect bite.· Macaroon & Guava jellies assortment (not on menu). It was my daughters Bday "month" and they created a special and beautiful assortment of delicious macaroons and those Guava jellies were just too good, if you love guave, ask for that.I didn't have any cocktails, but I did enjoy two glasses of Pinot Grigio. Our wonderful server Nina notified us that Addikt has a Happy Hour Wednesday - Friday 5pm-8pm $8 cocktails, wine and bites and also $5 beer. On Thursdays they have a ladies hour 5-6pm and offer free Prosecco. How to get there...Unless you're staying at the W, its best to catch an Uber/Lyft to get there. Valet parking is $19 and could be costly depending on your budget. There is no garage unless you are residing at the W.Your date, SOS or business partner will be Addikt-ed when you take them here. The space is quite enough to make good conversation and stunning enough to impress.

Disappointed to discover that after attending Media Tasting in July, that Chef Chris Quinones is no longer there as his fusion food flavors were amazing. Yesterday surprised one of my dearest girlfriends visiting from Alabama with brunch there for her 50th birthday. Given her brief trip, this is one of few ideal places that affords great food with great views. With my Open Table reservation they tactfully seated us in the back corner affording a bit more privacy to catch up and a great wide view of the bay. Unsure if there is a new chef; the short brunch menu read well and has strong Latin flavor and traditional breakfast items. We chose to both have the french toast with caramelized bananas, bacon and unlimited mango mimosas. Our server Lauren from Austin was great and her warmth just added to our reunion and enhancing my Midwestern friend's first trip to Miami.Orig Post 7/10/19

Our server was super friendly and helpful but the bar was super slow. He had to wait almost 20 mins for a bartender to come and make our drinks. I feel like this place could be really good but unfortunately the only good thing was the view. The pork belly bao buns were super tough and almost inedible. The guacamole and the meatballs are the only thing I'd recommend. Cocktails were definitely not great. Didn't feel like they put much love into them.

I stayed at ICON Brickell over the weekend from April 27th to the 30th.. Went here for brunch on a Monday around 11:30am. Customer service: 1/5 we stood outside for 15mins and no one acknowledged us. I had to walk to the bar to get seated. When we finally get seated. We see our waiter very few in between. We have to wave him down to get our water filled.. everything takes forever to come. And our lunch didn't come out at the same time. Food: 1/5 I ordered the Foreign Affairs. Which is a chicken Indian dish on a naan bread.. it was good while it lasted. But 2 hrs later, I started to experience stomach pain. But 8pm that night. It was soo bad. I had to get a Nurse from Reset give me some IV since the stomach pain, vomit and the bathroom visits won't stop. I couldn't keep anything down.. After the meds wore off. I couldn't take the pain that I check into Jackson ER. They ended up giving me morphine for the pain and zofran to help with the nausea. Spent so much time in the hospital that I missed my flight. I have tried numerous time to call Addivt to warn them. But no one ever answer the phone and I couldn't leave a message because voice mail is full. I sent them an email after I made it back home. Yet no one have reply. I'm still sick and haven't eaten anything since I been back.. I'm soo disappointed in this restaurant. Phone not answer, Vmail full and no reply from my email. I hope no one had to go thru what I did. Soo much money spent for IV and ER visit.
