Was so excited when I saw this place going in but it's way overpriced and terrible. As in, I could eat half of it it was so bad. Carne Asada fries were soggy and inedible. Tried the lengua torta barely any meat in it and was mostly mayo and lettuce, super gross. Portions were small too. I can't see how this place can survive unless they make big changes.

Underwhelmed. Really wanted to have another good restaurant in Lake City, but alas this is not it. Uninteresting tastes, bland, but large portions. They have a good opportunity to up their game, but it's tough when Chipotle down the street crushes them on taste. Hopefully they take the opportunity to make significant improvements.

No thank you! +$2.50 to add rice instead of potatoes is absolutely insane! The add-on prices just went up from $1 (which was already insane for rice) to $2.50. This is not an entire order of just rice, I'm not ordering a family platter of rice. I'm ordering rice to be put on as an ingredient in one burrito and it cost $2.50. All I want to do is substitute a starch for a starch and I was okay adding a $1 for my "special" request.Crazy.

Was looking for a place to eat and seen this place, looking at the menu it all seemed pretty good until I ordered my food. I order the Grilled Chicken Burrito, Enchiladas and when I got them they were cold and didn't taste great at all as they didn't have any flavor, I also ordered a coke and there were ants crawling on the sides of it. There are bugs throughout the restaurant and some workers even told me there are bugs in the kitchen. The boss is rude and doesn't know what customer service is or how to run a a business at all. Workers are real nice but do not get paid enough to work here at all either. Totally do not recommend this place at all if I could rate this a 0 star I would.

We ordered the chimichanga plate, Carne asada plate and a fish burrito. The customer service was fantastic and the portion size is very generous so that's where the two stars came in. When it comes to the food itself...where to start: not exciting and dull. Even the rice and beans don't have much flavor. Chimichanga is supposed to be deep fried but the one I got barely got a seared. There was more dough than meat. Carne asada didn't taste fresh but I'm not surprised because the time when I order via drive through to when the food is ready was within 90 seconds so I could only assume that all the meat was precooked. Lastly, the fish burrito had the most potential but the fish was slightly under.

I just left. I ordered 5 tacos. 4 carnitas, 1 fish. My order is missing a fish. Ordered a large salsa. Got a measly salsa (the size that comes with the half order). I am livid and will be letting everyone know about this. There were 10 tacos in the entire order (mine + bfs) and we got 1 hot sauce for our tacos.

TRASHFOOD!!! Slopped together, missing ingredients, no beans- $14 after tax nachos with no meat and it was a tray of cold chips with a little of cold cheese SPRINKLED ON TOP! Trash. Don't waste your time or money- Taco Bell is sadly a much more amazing place. Nachos were soggy from the cold salsa and guacamole dumped on it- and I stayed 2 minutes away. It's really disgusting what they served.By the time I drove from ordering window to pickup window everything was done and in a bag- there was no one in line before I came or when I returned the slop. Why the rush? Why slop it together unheated and obviously in a trashy fashion?
