Acapulco West End

I walked in on a random, quiet Friday not expecting much. The crowd was slim, the vibe was low, but copacetic and as far as I know, Nashville has already had dinner-worthy meals by 730pm. Once handed a menu, I go straight to seafood tacos (which is what I came for). I ordered the shrimp tacos. What I got was a side of chips and salsa and the salsa was this wonderful slightly salted marriage of tomatoes and herbs that I was happy to dip into. I opened my to-go container of shrimp tacos, (beautifully arranged) with fresh pickled onions, cilantro and some amazing crema I was too hungry to investigate. Bottom line... the BEST DAMN SHRIMP TACOS NASHVILLE HAS TO OFFER!! I will be returning to exoerience the rest of the menu.Note to Acapulco: Maybe provide a fish taco (if it's there, I certainly didn't see it, but I was hungry. =] Also make the beer fridge at the bar a bit cooler, my still enjoyable kolsch was room temp.Note to patron: get extra red cabbage and use some leftover salsa to douse the tacos with.I hope this place is here to stay. Such FANTASTIC food!!!

We're back!! And so glad! The casual patio vibes, the shrimp tacos and steak tacos, the great salsa, and the excellent service! Evidently it was National Taco Day, so twist our arms?? This is the locally-owned taco joint that Nashville didn't know it needed!

Came here for opening weekend and was super impressed! Would've been convinced if they had said they were an established restaurant because the food was so good. We ordered birria tacos, guacamole, and coca-cola carnitas burrito. The guacamole was one of the highlights, with chunks of fresh avocado, tangy tomato, and onion. The main dishes were also very flavorful with tender meat. The owner was also super involved in improving the menu and customer service!

Food is fantastic, service is fast, and they have a nice patio. I had the Coco-cola carnitas with corn tortillas. I didn't notice the Coke connection, but the flavor was incredible, and the portion was generous. Their house hot sauce is delicious as well. 10/10

Nice, affordable, casual Mexican spot! Large portion sizes without compromised quality, everything we had was delicious. Would dine again! Staff was extremely friendly.

Wife and I were peeping Nashvilles city park and got hungry. We walked over to a couple places that either closed early or were not open yet. Well , lucky for us we stumbled upon a new eatery, Acapulco Burrito. Man, this place has killer food! All at a reasonable price. Brandon who served us recommended a local beer that I thoroughly enjoyed. The Mrs ordered Shrimp tacos and I got the Latin bowl with Birria. Everything had immense flavor. Tasty sauces and not stingy with the juicy protein. Nice peaceful outside deck , cold beer, and banging food. Can't go wrong. Check it out!

Amazing food and drinks! Very friendly and just what you're looking for if needing high quality! Can't wait to go back! Tacos and Mango Margaritas are my fave so far.

Rosa provided terrific service. We had a burrito, birria, and carnitas. All of it was excellent. Quaint place with great outdoor seating. Minus one star for the bartender that needs to be trained up to get off watching his phone. Recommend.
