Acai Carioca

For reference - Acai Carioca is inside of "Baked Thicc". We ordered the Carioca Signature. We ordered 2 mediums, you get 3 toppings per. We had 6 toppings per, in total, they did not charge us for any additional toppings. It was absolutely delicious. They had put layers of bananas, strawberries, granola and honey at different layers of the açaí. It was absolutely perfect! Literally a bite of fruits in every bite. The acai had a smooth consistency, the honey added a delightful touch of sweetness but not too overpowering. This was just a refreshing yet tasteful and healthy midday snack!

Was excited to check this place out after hearing great things. It's located inside the cookie bakery if you're looking for it in the parking lot. Ordering process is super straightforward, fill out your choices on the little sheets they have and hand it in. I got the acai with some fruits, granola and almond butter. The almond butter was awesome as was the granola. The base was a bit different than what I'm used to/personally prefer (love the blue bowl type acai) but for the price, you get twice if not 3x the amount of food!

I love coming here on Tuesdays because it's unlimited toppings! When you arrive, you grab a sheet up paper to choose your size, base, and toppings. I chose the passion fruit sorbet, almond butter, bananas, cacao nibs, and goji berries on one of my visits. I like that they toppings are layered, instead of just on top. This bowl was so refreshing, filling, and satisfying. I've tried their Brazilian cheese bread as well and it's best eaten right away!

This is officially the best açaí I've tried in San Diego. The base was creamy & refreshing! I added almond butter to mine & it was perfect! The price point was also great for the size. Grab yourself an açaí bowl from here & walk down the street to the beach, best combo :')

I got the Medium with Goji, banana, coconut, and granola Come on Tuesdays the toppings are unlimited !(Limited promo)The açaí is not overly sweet and the toppings add an extra texture to the smoothness of the açaí so it's a treat that you won't feel guilty about Wait time isn't bad either pretty quick ..there's also outdoor seating Another thing .. try the Cheese bread, I've never had anything like it before it kind of reminds me of a cheesy mochi, I'm coming back tomorrow for more (they also sell them frozen so you can bake them at home!) so addictive The parking is pretty ample considering it's next to the grocery storeIt's also located inside the Baked Thicc bakery

Create your own açaí cups. Choose your size, base, and toppings. What I particularly liked is how the toppings are layered throughout the cup instead of it all being on the top. I ordered the 8 Oz and the 16 Oz cups. The 8 Oz had two layers of toppings and the 16 Oz had three layers. It's a good amount of toppings overall. The açaí wasn't overly sweet on its own. Great for a snack or post workout. I also tried the Brazilian cheese bread, so good especially when it's warm. The staff was really helpful.

Great açaí spot in point loma! Here you can choose your size, base and all the toppings. Great quality açaí with topping layered throughout the "bowl". The bigger the size you order, the additional number of toppings you can get complimentary. The service was great. the service was fast with a waiting area outside where you can hear when your order is ready. Very relaxed and casual ambiance.

This açaí shop is so good, it should come with a warning: you might get addicted! The açaí itself is rich and smooth, with just the right amount of honey sweetness! The amount of toppings creates a wide variety of combinations. I went in thinking i would get my cup with just fruit toppings, but the wonderful worker Millie introduced me to the amazing addition of peanut butter. She really did create magic!Highly recommended!

WOW - I had the traditional acai + coconut sorbet with granola (I think their own homemade, amazing!), shredded coconut (perfectly unsweetened) & strawberries. Their acai is not too sweet like other places, and I appreciated their coconut was unsweetened as well, overall that combo was perfect for my craving; so very flavorful, and the textures as it all melted together was heaven... Thank you for the good quality ingredients, I'll be back!
