Ab's Philly Steak

This is a wonderful place to grab delicious chicken Philly cheesesteaks. You'd be hard-pressed to find a meaner Philly Cheesesteak in the area, and maybe beyond. The very kind and modest woman at the counter was intelligent and engaging and shared much information with me as to the quality of their offerings. Her suggestions were perfect! As I noticed the prices were low, I must comment that these aren't monsters; so, I ended up going one step further and ordered double meat chicken Phillies and fries for each member of my team who was working for me in our Gillespie Field hangar. There wasn't a peep from anyone once the eating began - they were hungry and this stuff was satisfying. Once the food was done, everyone raved and asked where they could get more. This meal was just what the doctor ordered (me!) when I sought to get maximum efficiency from hired hands. Happy stomachs, happy workers! :)

Food was great will go back for sure this is a good place for a Philly cheesesteak not many but definitely good!

9/22/23 - went in there around 2pm. No line. Ordered the $9.99 Philly Cheesesteak. Very friendly customer service. 1 star. I had the order for dine in and the order took just 7 minutes to cook. 2 stars. It was a good size item and had some flavor. I would prefer more meat on it and less cheese. Overall 3 stars. A person at another table had the fries which looked great. Will try the fries next time. It did look like the photo but with less meat. See photos. The meat was cut up very small. The photo looks like a lot of meat but when you open it up. It's all propped up with cheese. I will go back again and try it again to just make sure. 3 stars total.

The bread is phenomenal! Cheesesteak wasn't greasy at all so it didn't get soggy after 5 mins like at other places. Halal meat option is a plus. Green tea option for soft drink got me to order.

This is the best! I am so glad I stumbled across this place,Literally the best philly steak I've had in San Diego. The service is great! A hijab I lady helped me and I got to speak with the owner. Very nice people, I wish them all the success that they deserve.

I was able to get a Philly cheesesteak and Philly fries. This place is Brand new and is located right next to the main entrance by Walmart. The owner was on site and his really cool they wrap up the sandwiches really tight so they don't get all messed up when you take them to go. Are the prices are very reasonable and then food is a high-quality just something to break away from the traditional hamburger all the time and place gotcha covered. You can also get a chicken Philly, That might be more of a California thing. come enjoy.

Usually don't leave many reviews, but this place warrants a review. Wanted an easy dinner after work and been craving a cheese steak recently. Checked yelp and saw this was close by. I went in and shockingly I was the only customer in there. I got the Philly cheese steak combo and a six piece wing and I will be going back. The garlic Parmesan wings were delicious and perfectly crispy but stillJuicy. The cheese steak was super tasty, and no particular thing was overpowering everything. The fries that they offered to season, for no extra charge was a nice side with everything. The service was excellent, and everything was cooked fresh to order. Really hope more people experience this place!

Finally had a chance to get myself a sandwich at this spot. Boss man was buyin' so how could I say no!? Service - A small language barrier, but they ultimately knew what I was asking for. Sandwiches are grilled in front of you, so you know what's going in it. Food - It's hard to mess up a Philly. With that said, the bread, meat, cheese and all the fixin's hit the spot for sure. Asked for hot sauce on the side and it was probably one of the best hot sauces I've had. Price - It's about $10 for a Philly w/ everything. Seems about right...Venue - It's basic. No frills. I didn't mind since it's right by Walmart in the mall which is good for people watching. With that said...I'll probably be back....soon.....like for dinner tonight.

The lady that she's working with a scarf is so mean and rude that she even doesn't have customer service at all.

Had a philly cheesesteak for lunch from here yesterday. Flavor was fantastic. Cooked well, meat was tasty and veggies were great.Roll was also very good as was the cheese.Could have used more meat nut other than that it wad great.
