I think this is the best beef and chicken kabob koobideh I've had! It's very tender and juicy and flavorful!!! Other places can be dry or not as tasty and can be bland but not this place! They use the right amount of spice and marinade and cook it to perfection without drying it out! It's a hole in the wall place that is located in a market. The price is good, quality is good, and they accept tap to pay! I've already came here twice in a week!

This place is located in the back of the Awami Markaz grocery store.I went there for the first time today after a Persian friend said it is his favorite place for home cooking. Both the shop owner and chef are very nice. Food was great.Order, do some shopping, and your food is ready fast.
