Came here for an in person dinner - not take out - ordered the orange chicken - kung pao beef - chicken egg rolls and egg drop soup The egg drop soup didn't need the chicken in it bc it was delicious The egg rolls were delish too not the frozen weird mush inside The orange chicken was wonderful and the kung pao beef was great just a little salty but the steamed rice cut into that Fast friendly service Clean restaurant area Well lit Family owned Definitely would come back with my homegirls

Did the restaurant change hands? I've loved this restaurant for many years. We had 4 people in our party, 4 different dinners. Too much sauce, too sweet, not even close to Chinese. Egg rolls disappointing. Sorely disappointing. Prices & portions reasonable. Good service. No atmosphere. Plants are gone. Redecorating?

First off, their website is janky as their menu page is a poorly taken picture of their actual menu instead of it being actually listed out like every other restaurant menu. They really need to change that. Note that despite its small nature, it's a sit down restaurant. So we sat down and never got service. So instead, I just went to the front desk to order to-go. They have lunch specials from 11:00am-4:00pm. I got the orange beef with no onions; lunch specials come with two fried wontons, a small cup of fried rice, and an egg roll. This cost me $13.17. The fortune cookie, fried wontons, and egg roll all tasted stale. The orange beef (which somehow still tasted like chicken) was the best part of the meal and the fried rice was average. Just like the workers forgot that we were customers when we sat down, I too feel like the food here is forgettable.

I had the Singapore Rice Noodle dish and it was spot on. So, so good. I only wish they had the banana crisp like the other location but I can't get the Singapore Mei Fun at the 35th Ave location. Hard to decide which one is better! Service was flawless. I will forever alternate between their 2 locations.

Tremendous. Absolutely amazing. Like when Trump was president and we had 24 hour Walmarts. Abacus inn is the leading valley Chinese food. Service is great and it's just a wonderful place. 10/10 recommendation.

Awful service. Do not expect them to care if they get an order wrong and charge an exorbitant ammount. You will not get what you ask for. The wontons have nothing in them. The general tso is terrible, tough, chewy. I do not suggest spending your money here. Terrible experience and waste of money.

It has been a very long time since we have been here. Restraunt is now open and newer booths! The artwork is bright and somewhat refreshing, despite the installer obviously not using a level in its hanging. The service was very good. For the small restaurant it appears they do a very large takeout business. There were three waitresses that made sure patrons that were dining were well taken care of and still took care of the revolving front door. The food.... I wanted to really like the shrimp and Chinese Vegetables and the Chicken and Chinese Vegetables. Each was served in a nice platter that could have easily served two or more each, with a bowl of white rice on the side. The sauce was abundant, actually more than enough. Each dish looks exactly the same with delicate little mushrooms and cut mini corn with broccoli that could have used another few minutes in the steamer. I hate to say it but maybe my COVID affected palate just was overwhelmed.... I just did not care for the main attraction ;(. If I find myself dining here again, I will try a different dish.

This place is close by, and haven't gone since the change in ownership. Don't bother. Two entrees, Mongolian Beef and Shrimp with Lobster sauce. Now I've seen Mongolian Beef with brown sauce and consisting of 2/3 onions. I've never seen Shrimp with Lobster Sauce in a brown sauce and loaded up with 2/3 onions before. Might as well have been labeled Beef in Onion Sauce and Shrimp in Onion Sauce. Won't be back until the next change in ownership.

I've ordered three times in the last year. The first of those orders was the complete opposite of my previous experiences during COVID and even years prior. I ordered 2 more times hoping that was a fluke on that day. Apparently not the case. I was disappointed on both orders since. The main entrees were tasteless. Rice is cheap rice. No stick to it or flavor except for the soy sauce I put on it.Egg rolls are filled with some glop that made me a little sick to my stomach. Mushy & unappetizing. The satay in the Pu-Pu platter was dry like a flavorless beef jerky.I cannot go there and spend my money anymore. Ick!
