The food was wonderful. They gave us a small cup of complimentary rasam. I had the vegetarian samosa and Chicken Tikka Masala. The dishes had plenty of spices. I can't give it a five stars though becauseThe music was odd. They played loud chanting music which gave an eerie vibe. I couldn't understand it, but my gut tells me that it was religious which dampened my mood since that chanting is not my religion. They also charged me for two plates instead of one. So, carefully review your receipt before you pay.

If you are craving for indian food and in and around snoqualmie area, this is the place to go. The food is good. Service can be better and the ambiance is pretty good. It has predominantly south indian dishes.

Nice restaurant tucked in the Snoqualmie town. Great mix of South Indian cuisine with some other good curries. We ordered karra dosa, cheese masala dosa, aahar rolls and chicken chetinaad, which were all great. Somehow seemed like staff was in a hurry to empty the tables, which was a little uncomfortable but understandable to an extent. They do get very busy, so plan ahead of time! Definitely recommend.

The interiors resemble a small eatery with tables on either sides. But, don't go by size as the flavors will transport back to the streets of southern India. The Sambar to the freshness of the chutney to the sweetness of the badam halwa were amazing. The service was fast as well. I have been there multiple times, but after my recent visit, the quality has gone a tad bit down. Hoping they bounce back soon.

Expect some wait on weekends. We had to wait half an hour on Sunday for lunch but we had preordered which accelerated the service when we got seated. Before we took our seats, the complementary rasam and the uddina (medhu) vada were served. The food is excellent here. I recommend the Aahar special dosa rolls and Kerala fried fish. The Malabar paratha and cashew veggie korma were also good. My only request for them is to expand the space so all guests can be seated comfortably and everyone can walk easily without feeling cramped.

Listen - we live in Federal Way and have driven to Snoqualmie to pick up take out on a Friday night. It took us over 2 hours round trip and was absolutely worth it. Our 10 year old is obsessed with this place, so much so, that this is where he wants to go for birthday dinner. We randomly heard about this place when we were hiking near Snoqualmie falls and a sweet Indian fam was having a picnic lunch of takeout from Aahaar. It smelled amazon and we commented how good it looked. This family offered us a piece of parotta and we all immediately knew we had to find this gem. We've been regulars ever since. Pros: Incredibly sweet staff! The chef has even visited our table so our son could thank him. Amazing food. There's been nothing we haven't liked. You know it's good when it is filled with Indian customers. Cons:It's small. Super small. You're sitting very close to other guests.Depending how busy they are, it might be a little wait for food. Order an appetizer while you wait. They also serve a small complimentary portion of soup to each guest when you arrive. We would LOVE for them to open a location further south closer to us. But regardless, we'll continue being regulars.

I ate here a while back, and at that time, they had their Onam special thali. Trust me, every dish was bursting with different flavors. I also tried their egg kurma with Malabar parotta, which was absolutely delicious--one of the best egg curries I've ever tasted. Plus, they serve complimentary rasam at the start, which is a nice touch. The staff is very friendly and it's a small restaurant. When it gets busy, they might squeeze 3 to 4 people at a two-person table, making it a bit crowded. However, the food is definitely worth it.
