Opens at 11 promptly and line starts forming about 10:45. The line moves quickly.Turkey wings were very good, so was the Mac n cheese. 2 good sized pork chops were good.Reasonable pricing and quantity I'd very good!$12 will get you a full day, all day plate!It's not great BUT it's pretty good!

Food was great. It was about a 30" drive for us and we would come back to get more again. Customer service was good. The interior was old. It's not a place you would want to seat down and eat. The line was LONG. We came at 615pm and got to the front to order at 650pm. The Mac n cheese was my favorite! Corn bread wasn't great, it was just regular corn bread. The yams was good, I would get it again. The turkey wings was really good and the ribs were A1. I like they have the bbq on the side. It was good!

Cashier was very rude and nasty. I didn't receive plastic silverware so went up to ask and was told no it's our rule! She says she put silverware in each bag. Well my food didn't come in a bag. So I had to pay $.50 for some plastic fork! If they are that hard up they shouldn't be selling food. Ridiculous and I had heard the food was good but with that type of service I don't care if it was free. And I was told it was the sister of the owner. So sad they treat folks like that when we spend our hard earned money. DO NOT GO Here. They don't deserve your business!

The food is amazing but the service is bad. There's a short fat lady that was vary rude. I came in on a Saturday evening i stood in a long line in order to get my food. I seen other people sitting, and I didn't know that the dining room closed at a certain time. She yelled at me and said, you know mam the dining room closes at 6:30pm. I had my food out and eating. I was wrapping it up when she yelled at me and said I said!!! That the dining room is closed!!! This is my second time I came here and this lady was rude. Yea so the food is good it's just that one fat short lady with a doo rag. She doesn't need to work with customers. Because she dot know how to talk to people. Expecially when we spending money on your business

We were traveling through and wanted some good soul food whilst in the area. The food was delicious (minus the very dry cornbread muffin and the under-seasoned Mac n cheese). The meatloaf and dressing were very flavorful. There were signs all over the restaurant praising the customer service, however my wife and I were treated very poorly. We were not the only ones. The extremely angry lady behind the counter was yelling at other customers and not allowing for their most basic requests. They have great food at a great value, but need a great deal of help regarding their customer service.
