A Sushi and Grill

Easiest the best sushi place in Phoenix metro area. Me and my partner come here all the time. It tastes delicious and fresh and the price is great. Their service is fast and even when it is crowded they deliver an amazing job. I love their ambience and how fun it is to be around them specially when is someone's birthday.

This place is COOL. We were a party of three for lunch on Sunday and it was busy when we arrived! There was a party of 10 waiting before us and some smaller parties as well.We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and the nice hostess walked us over to our table. Once seated, our server came over and took our drink orders and told us we could place our orders when ready.The ordering process is easy. You are given a form and a pencil and you then write in the quantity next to what you are wanting to order. We ordered an array of dishes including:Shrimp tempura, miso soup, crab ragoons, spicy edamame, beef udon, spring rolls, grilled shrimp skewers, galbi, and a variety of different sushi rolls - both cooked and raw.Everything we ate was delicious! Our first roll was brought out with a show of its own and it included some cool looking fog. For dessert we had some green tea ice cream and it was the perfect way to end our lunch.Overall, I totally recommend this place! The food was great and the service was fast and attentive! Total spent: $85 including tip. Its AYCE and for lunch its priced at $20.99 per person.

For an AYCE sushi place this is probably one of the best places that we've been to. Service is top notch, plates were cleared off the table, the waitress came by often to fill up our drinks and take our order.Each table gets a cool boat w their sushi order.Restroom was clean but I wished they had paper towels vs only the hand dryer so that you could use a towel to open the door- or had a foot opener as an option. It wasn't "amazing" but for the price- it was worth it.Overall, a very good experience w a lot of food options from apps, soups, noodles, raw & cooked sushi and desserts.

This was my first time going out to get real sushi, and it was a great experience!! You can either do an all you can eat option ($31/person) or you can order individual items (just ask the waiter for an itemized menu). I didn't want to go crazy since it was my first time, so I ordered a few things to try and I liked all of them! I got the Las Vegas rolls, salmon citrus rolls, California rolls, Arizona rolls, and tuna sushi. All the fish was super fresh and bright! The vibe was great - if you go for a birthday there's a fun surprise ;)

The price increased a little from photos I've seen. The lunch buffet was $20.99 a person, not bad. We got a table without a wait. The food was delicious, only tips would be that the regular edamame I enjoyed more than the spicy edamame and the miso soup didn't have enough flavor for me. The ambiance was the best part, from the workers uniform and they bring one boat per table which was unexpected (extremely cool)! I've been to other all you can eat, they had more options but this place was nicer and like I said the boat was so cool to experience once.

Typical AYCE sushi spot but the presentation here was AMAZING. Sushi was fresh and I liked the variety of other items available. I also thought $30 was a bit more cost effective than other AYCE sushi places around. We'll definitely be back!

I was craving sushi and my boba sistah suggested this newish spot for our upcoming lunch date. Day of, I wasn't feeling 100% but nothing a little AYCE restaurant can't fix. We arrived as they opened at 11am and were among the first customers. We were greeted warmly and taken to a booth.We got our menus and waters and both decided to get the lunch AYCE sushi special ($19.99, what a deal). We ordered a few appetizers: miso soup, spicy garlic edamame, cream cheese wontons, and fried scallops. The soup was light and a great way to start the meal. I enjoyed the wontons and edamame, both delicious. I also got the yakisoba noodles and grilled shrimp which were a good size portion and tasty.Onto the sushi: I tried the spicy salmon nigiri and it was good, just wasn't expecting the texture to be ground. We shared a few rolls: Alaskan, citrus, Philly and Rainbow. All of them tasted great and we made sure to finish all of them so we wouldn't be charged for leftovers.Service was excellent - everyone was friendly and checked on us appropriately. Someone was celebrating a birthday and they sang for them and did a little dance, it was cute. Definitely recommend this spot and bring friends and family to share and enjoy all the food!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "A Sushi and Grill" in Tempe, and it was an unforgettable experience! As an all-you-can-eat sushi spot, it excels not just in quantity, but in quality and presentation as well. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The menu offers an impressive variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. Each piece of sushi was a work of art, beautifully presented with fresh ingredients that melted in my mouth.The highlight of my meal was the chef's special rolls. The creativity and flavor combinations were top-notch. The sushi chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in every dish they prepare.A Sushi and Grill offers an exceptional all-you-can-eat experience that doesn't compromise on quality. Took the family here for lunch. The food, service and ambiance were amazing. This is a must try if you have not. Will be back!

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I love sushi so much and for only $20.99 they have an all you can eat option during lunch time. The sushi is such high quality for the price and I left so full I could barely walk. The service is incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has really cool decor and they plate and serve their food so uniquely! 100% would recommend!
