This is a simple review.1. Atmosphere and ambiance are peaceful and inviting.2. Not too loud, so a great place to talk.3. Service is excellent: attentive, friendly,4. Prices are quite decent for this sort of place. Good value.But . . . .The flavors here are magnificent, some of the best I've tasted. Period. - The bacon-wrapped dates were magical.- The burrata was, quite literally, the best I've ever tasted.- The roasted half chicken was so tender and generous in size. I don't live in the Seattle area or I'd come here many times a year. But I will come back next time I'm in town. Such a great place!

Amazing mussels and the perfect Caesar - what else do you need?! They were perfectly cooked, plump and sweet in a lovely fresh cherry tomato sauce with sausage, cipollini onions, and herbs. Perfect to dip the accompanying hearty slices of grilled french bread into. So incredibly yummy. The Erath Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with this dish.Great ambiance, excellent service, classic jazz, homey yet sophisticated. 909 never disappoints.

Went on a date here and was seated in the bar area. Nice cosy ambiance so it can get really loud. Cheese plate presentation was beautiful, wish there were more that two cheeses on it. The pear salad was just a-ok. The winner dish was the king salmon. Very tasty.

Oh yum, so much yum!I've had this place on my "list" for about a year now, and being that we've moved to the area (Normandy park) a few months ago, there's no better time than now!Took my son here after school today and I'm so glad I did. It sounds like this will be a weekly occasion for us moving forward as he exclaimed the olive appetizer and Steak dinner was perfection to him, and I happen to agree. I personally couldn't decide what to get, but landed on the ragu which was simply fantastic. I truly cannot wait to try everything on the menu, while my son sticks to his favorite; the steak. Also, I can attest; I snuck a bite of his steak (medium rare - cooked perfectly) and my gosh....I had a bit of food envy, I'm not going to lie. Amazing. So 909, we will see you next week! And the week after....and the week after...and....

Mediocre food at fancy prices. Our server was excellent but otherwise I was disappointed. We ordered bacon wrapped dates, burrata appetizer, the halibut and the prime ribeye. The burrata was very good but the rest was underwhelming, particularly the steak. Not bad but not great either.

A great spot for a causal bite or a nice dinner out. We came on a warm summer night and were able to sit outside on the patio. Ambiance was great! The servers were very friendly and attentive.We had a couple of appetizers, bacon wrapped dates & bruschetta. The dates were over the top yum. The bruschetta was good as well, it was a good portion. Hubs and I both ordered the burger. It was a nice thick patty, with a brioche bun. We were going for simple bar fare and this was a great option. The restaurant was very busy on a weekday. Good option if you're in the area.

Had come in last minute several months ago and ordered. Obviously we'd gotten there "late", but surprisingly wasn't turned away. Our server made some fantastic drinks for us. Every time I try and go back its closed, sadly. I know... Burien is a sleepy little town now, but... wish the hours went a tad later. Have not eaten there, but will when the chance arrives. Service was 100%!

We just finished an early dinner at the 909.We enjoyed a lovely Malbec, beer from Logan brewery, and an Italian one. Bacon wrapped dates and a Caesar salad. Our main meals included a hamburger, flat iron steak, and Sambuca prawns. Finishing up the night with the brownie dessert and two specials a pistachio cannoli with meyer lemon cream and a butterscotch carmel all wonderful.

This place was busy on a Friday night, but worth the wait with the friendly staff and good food & wine. Came here as I was waiting for my daughter to fly in and really was a perfect place to stop and hang out. Just 9 minutes from SeaTac. Might want to call and make a reservation before you come- especially if you're hungry!

Everything from the second we walked in was amazing, the service was on point and the food was melt in your mouth out of this world. Best meal I've had in such a long time, also the drinks and vibe set the whole tone for everything. 10/10 perfect date night, girls night, or just treating yourself to a yummy dinner.
