Been coming here for nearly 30 years. Used to be called In and Out before the burger chain moved to the valley. The sandwiches always hit the spot. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Located within a mini mart, this deli is a must try! You can customize your sandwich to your liking! Came here after hiking camelback and it was the perfect post exercise fuel.

Surprisingly good sandwiches for what the place is. Don't let the "gas station convenience store" vibe throw you off. The sandwich options are robust and are very good. If you're in the neighborhood and want a quick, delicious sandwich, this is your spot.

It's $9 a sandwich which for that price typically has more bells and whistles, but the bread is FRESH. Super soft and yummy. Otherwise, a really good basic deli sandwich.

Synopsis: Reminds me of delis back home in New York; great feel, kind folks, amazing sandwiches. Girlfriend and I are vacationing in the Phoenix area and wanted sandwiches while we visited the Botanical Garden and Zoo. We found this place while looking through recommendations. It's your traditional convenience store with a deli attached to it. The guys working the market were incredibly nice. We placed our orders quickly, pastrami sandwich and a club. Didn't do any sides but we did grab some unique chips and fountain drinks. Our sandwiches were done in about 5 minutes and were well worth the wait. We were thrilled with our stop at the 56th Street Deli. Between the food, the service, and the selection it was a great choice for our sandwich fix. 5 Deli Fresh Stars out of 5!

Love this spot! Perfect for grabbing a sandwich - they nail it every time! The folks at the counter? So friendly and kind. Plus, loads of snacks and awesome drink choices. My go-to for a quick and delicious lunch pickup.

Had the turkey sandwich, absolutely nothing special about this sub. The bread was so mid. Disappointing.

You will be shocked to find really delicious sandwiches in this continence store styled deli. They only use boards head meats and can make a variety of different sandwiches. You will fill out a paper to specificy what condiments you want. They run around $9-11 for a sandwich but it's very big and high quality. It's also super quick. It is a no frills type of place but a really great stop for a sub.

If you want a great deli sandwich, this is the spot to get one. Old school convenience store to get lotto tickets and beer that has a small deli counter. The sandwiches are awesome.

Found this hole in the wall sandwhich shop. Not many places in scottsdale have an old deli feel and this is one of them! quick and friendly service, and not a bad price with the combo!
