Been ordering delivery of Indian food and I'm glad this place serves it good and nearby!Love the Naan breads, 2 medium/huge slices piping hot fresh that they pack. The Aloo Gobi is my favorite dish here! Good flavors, good chunks of potato and cauliflower. Their rice is simple with cumin seeds and delicious! The chicken tikka is decent. I've also had their chicken vindaloo. Everytime I order delivery, it's still warm! I'll have to visit in person next time. Their menu is a good variety.

Ordered take out chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and side orders of garlic naan online; it was ready by the predicted time. The food was proportionate to the cost and was very flavorful. The 4 star was almost too spicy for hubby, though my medium/mild was perfect. Will order from here again but will not pick up alone or at night; the location is in a sketchy part of town, with inconvenient parking, and hard to access off of Hwy.

The food is delicious! We ordered dinner curry, samosa chaat, mango curry, and butter masala! Every item was so yummy. I have been craving Indian cuisine for awhile and I was not disappointed!

5 star Indian food!! I'm from California, when I came out to visiting family, they raved about this place, but I was skeptical, because I have been all around the world, and have tasted some amazing India food, but 5 Rivers, is hands down the BEST Indian food I have EVER had!! Not only are the portions big, but the spices are perfect, the meat is tender/juicy, and the flavor is just AMAZING!!! I only wish that they could ship to California, but I guess that just means that I will have to visit more. ;)

**This place is currently take-out only!! **I went out on a date and wasn't expecting a carry-out experience, but we decided to go for it since it was so late in the evening. I'm very glad we did because we were looking for a good Indian place. The workers, probably the owners, were very friendly. We went for the higher stars on the spicy scale because most places seem to be on the weaker side, but 5 Rivers was very on point with spice and flavor. The biriyani was rice-heavy in comparison to other places that have more meat & veg, but the rice was great. The naan was crispy and warm. The portions were a good value because I had leftovers for a couple days. I will visit again in the near future!

It's been almost 2 years since the first time I've tried 5 Rivers and it is still my favorite Indian food restaurant. I live in Marysville and am more than happy to drive the 30 minutes to come pick up their heavenly Aloo Gobi! I hope they stay around forever. I love the family that runs this restaurant and they are even starting to recognize me which makes me so happy!Everyone please eat here so that they can stay around forever.

Ordered takeout. Food:- Baingan Bharta $19: Such a rich flavor with a great amount of smokey flavor. 5/5- Dal Maharani $19 We ordered mild, would try a bit spicier next time. Fairly classic, excellent comfort food. 4/5- Garlic Naan: We were too hungry to retoast, so sadly this was real soggy when we ate it, and it seemed to lack substantial garlic flavor. 3/5These two dishes was enough food for 4+ people ( probably closer to 6). The rice was packed and mounded into a take out container, with so much rich they had to staple it shut. So yes, there is a higher price, but that's because of how much food is included. Definitely excited to come back and try more dishes!

Food was meh! They don't yet have dine-in open so cannot say much about service but takeout experience was just fine. We ordered few things and here are my ratings for each :Aloo Gobhi (3/5) - oily but tasty. It was heavy as well , and tasted like made a day before. Veggie delight - (2.5/5) - again oily and ok in taste.Garlic Naan (1/5) - not at all good. It was not fresh and very hard/stretchy- seemed like it was premade atleast a day before and just heated up.Onion Kulcha (1.5/5) - same story here but a bit fresher and softerIn conclusion, i went there after seeing good reviews on yelp/google but not going there again.

I'm floored that this place has such high reviews from others. Maybe this is authentic, whereas the places in Bellevue, Seattle, and Woodinville my family and I have gone to previously are Americanized? The quantities were generous, but there was very little flavor to the food. Even the maximum-spiciness vindaloo was just hot, rather than flavorful. Usually, we have to choose between gobbling all our food at once, or deliberately saving some to have leftovers. Not here. The portions were so generous and bland that even the 6'6" 350lbs guy didn't finish his food... and instead of packing our extra for later, we tossed it all.As a bonus, when we called to order, they hung up on us the first time.Prices were roughly comparable to other Indian restaurants in the area; a little higher, but the larger portions seemed like a fair trade-off. Unfortunately, the food was so disappointing that the extra-large portions were a waste. Easily the worst Indian food I've ever had. I'd even rather have a frozen tray of Trader Joe's, because at least there the price matches the quality.
