Holy moly, this one's a winner. It took me forever to get here and now I'm not leaving. Super quiet on a Saturday afternoon so we had the run of the joint. Server was adorable and very friendly, checked on us during our meal but also gave us space.I had my new fave dish, Yum Neua Salad, which was spicy and flavorful with crunchy mock meat and fresh crisp veggies. My buddy had the orange tofu, which she pretty much devoured. There's some sort of voodoo in the Thai Iced tea, creamy, sweet and pungent I can't wait to return, again and again and try every dish on their vast menu. Cute restaurant is a bonus!

I love the usage of nuts in Thai cooking, and 45th vegetarian Thai definitely delivered! I'm not a vegetarian so it was interesting to try Thai food without meats like I'm usually used to. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the khao soi, taro fried appetizer that comes with a plum sauce, the Wallingford, and the 45th street. We opted not to add the veggie meat (+$4) but that is an option too. The khao soi comes with a veggie meat drumstick already. The taro is fried in tofu skin and has peanuts mixed inside. Definitely my favorite dish, even if it was just an appetizer. It was still so hot and crispy by the time we arrived home. We ordered the kao soi with a 4/5 spicy level and it wasn't spicy at first, but the more you have, the more it hits you. It comes with the veggie meat stick, yakisoba noodles, and a variety of vegetable toppings. They package the noodles and toppings separate from the soup so it wouldn't get soggy. We couldn't finish it entirely and now have leftovers for tomorrow. The 45th street was rice paper rolls stuffed with an assortment of veggies and a peanut sauce drizzled on top. It was delicious and the sauce was sweet and savory at the same time.We ordered takeout so I cannot speak to the parking or ambiance of the restaurant. But the lady on the phone was very nice and made sure to ask us about the spice level (out of 5) for each dish. She also repeated back our order to us and asked us what type of rice we preferred (white or brown). The attention to detail throughout was nice.

This used to be Jhanjay Vegetarian Thai, and I'm happy to say this new place is just as good. We stopped in for lunch and we're greeted by a friendly server, who gave us waters and a bowl of complimentary soup -- a nice touch. We ordered the Pra Rama .($14.95 plus tax), with a side of brown rice (+$1), and the Pad See Iw ($13.95 plus tax; made vegan by omitting the egg). We asked for both 5/5 spicy and they delivered perfectly on that request. Both dishes were delicious, amply spicy and yet integrated, and very flavourful. Both were excellent. We were quite full at the end of our meal. All in all, excellent veggie Thai, great service, good portions and value. Highly recommended.

Some of the best Thai food I've had. We were skeptical walking in because it was vegetarian but I would definitely recommend even if you eat meat. I love their pad kee mao and all of their fried rices are so yummy! I didn't find their food too spicy so I wouldn't be scared to ask for it to be made spicier next time

Went in for dinner and ordered too much, so many great choices. Loved every dish! Especially the house soup, reminded me of sister's homemade soup, what I crave when I'm not feeling well. Very sweet server too!

Best Thai food I've ever had in Seattle spanning over a 40+ year period (and I'm not even vegetarian). Chef is apparently a Champion award-winning chef back in Thailand, and it definitely shows through the floral complexities of his kefir lime-infused mango salad (served on Romaine lettuce leaves), and deep savory richness in the tofu green curry. The seasonings used in his "veggie meat" to me tastes like the best calf's liver-meets-bacon and fried onion one could imagine. Which might sound a bit gross considering this is a veggie restaurant (and most people are not even fans of liver, myself included), but I encourage anyone reading this to at least give it a try.Not finished. If that wasn't enough, even their Thai iced tea (served in a jar) seemed beyond special, to what I can only and inadequately describe as vanilla extract with Rooibos tea and home-made condensed milk? Amazing. Our server was sweet, attentive and informative. Love the fact that they also have Thai soft-pop music playing in the background which just adds brilliance and authenticity the the experience.Truly a new Seattle SE Asian gem. And def my new go-to Thai spot.

We had take out but inside of restaurant looked relaxed and nice. Ordered fresh rolls, our standard noodles and a spicy crispy tofu which included a generous serving of rice. Everything tasted so good and a standout for me was the two sauces that came with rolls. The peanut sauce was so perfect and I am excited you can order it alone because I will need extra every time. We are not going anywhere else for Thai food a long time. I'm eager to to eat in and try the Thai iced tea.

Out of towner visiting Seattle, and I saw the sign for this place while driving on 45th. So glad I stopped. The service was quick and food is simply amazing. I ordered a simple dish, and it was flavorful. The veggie meat is not tofu, but made with mushrooms and wheat and something else. Very fresh.

We were extremely excited to try this place based on the reviews. We're practicing Buddhist vegan, so no garlic or green onions in our food. When we called to order our food, I mentioned it 3x's just to ensure they wouldn't mess up the order as I understand it's a unique request. The gal on the phone confirmed and assured me that it would be done without garlic/ green onions. We ordered a ton yum noodle soup, phad Thai and veggie tempura. The third of the veggie tempura was onions lol. Ridiculous. The one star is not for that, it was that the phad Thai noodles were also part raw and overall... my husband and I got super sick after eating it. We were both stuck in the bathroom for most of the day. Honestly wouldn't recommend it, go down to the ave at Arayas for vegan food that's tasty, clean and affordable.
