The food was delicious! I had the salmon on garlic potatoes. The bartender wasn't playing with the Peach Tea either!The vibe in the restaurant was laid back andseemed like a mature crowd.

I ordered food with the bartender, whom wasn't aware of the kitchen times, closing time, etc because she "doesn't work on Fridays". I follow up with her about 30 mins later because I still hadn't received my order or gotten an update. The manager comes to inform me the order was delivered to another table and at this point the kitchen is closed and they can offer me a drink to compensate. There is obviously a lack of attentiveness and customer service that needs to be addressed.

We checked out 42 bar & grill for some food, drinks, & hookah! (This is where Augustine's used to be) Very cute inside & a nice lil vibe especially for happy hour! They also have an outside patio that's pretty spacious with some games. Happy hour is from 5 to 8 P.M & you can catch $5 drinks, $25 hookah, & 50 % off select appetizers!Drinks are good & the hookah was also pulling! We weren't too crazy over the food, but would come again for the vibes & drinks. The oxtail pizza could use some more flavor especially for the price and the wings were okay to us. If I were to come back I would try different food items.

Trying to find parking is so intimidating as this restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood. Initially I had a hard time figuring out where to park before giving up. I decided to try one last time and thankfully was able to find a close spot on the side of the restaurant. The service here was absolutely excellent! From the greeter to my waitress I was throughly impressed, especially considering I arrived one hour before closing. I ordered the dragonfruit tini which was delicious and so strong. It's definitely top 2 for the best martini I've ever had. I also had the blackened salmon which came with a hefty side of garlic mashed potatoes. For an additional $5 I added a side of broccoli. Everything was jam packed with flavor and so rich! My drink came out immediately and I waited 10 minutes for my food which exceeded my expectations as there was a considerable amount of people in the restaurant. The restaurant was dimly lit which created a nice vibey atmosphere along with the music playing in the background. This is a perfect place for a date, girls night or winging it solo. There's a seating area for hookah separated by a glass door which is perfect for those who don't smoke. I cannot think of one thing they can do better. I mean this place is top tier. I look forward to my next visit!

Food, service, and ambiance was very enjoyable. I enjoyed the salmon with lobster sauce.

After a long day of traveling our friend brought us here for a cocktail and lite bites.I started off with a Smoked Peach Old Fashion, my second one was a normal old fashion made perfectly, it was good but just a tad too sweet for me. My friend got the Lychee Martini and loved it. We ordered there 50 cent wings Garlic Parmesan, Teriyaki Chili and Smoked wings. They all tasted great, the smoked ones had a good flavor and the skin was cooked perfectly.The vibe inside is baseball related for # 42 Jackie Robinson. Decor was nice, they had a hookah bar off to the side.Our waitress Jordan was fantastic.

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I got an Airbnb for a few days in the Grant Park area and visited this establishment two times. Both times I went there was super great customer service food is great. Prices is great. I have literally no complaints. Hookah is great, I rarely have been to an establishment where everyone just worked great good energy. I had a friend that ended up coming before me and they showed her such a good time. She was there by herself. It was her birthday and they literally turned up just for her because I was unable to be there at that moment, but I did come after the fact, so the fact that they they will take care of you especially for your birthday means a lot. Parking is available for the day and the night out. What are you waiting for? Come here as soon as possible!

Out of town and this was our first stop after we landed. Thankful for earlier Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint. So glad we came in. The hostess was attentive! The food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I will definitely return!

I live 1/2 a block from this establishment and can't hear my tv due to the loud music that they are pumping out at 12:00 AM. Have some respect for the neighbors.Yes, I called no one will answer the phone because they can't hear it ringing.
