Lunch with a friend. We were the first ones in the restaurant. We both love this place. Staff are nice, the place is cozy and the food delicious. We both had the grilled chicken bun with egg rolls. The dish didn't disappoint. Loved the meal! Shared parking lot.

The Bun Bo Hue here tasted okay but it was rather lacking in terms of meat and things typically found in the dish. There were some small slivers of tendon and some brisket but there was no pork hock, sausage, pig blood, or chunks of pork.Service was good and my food came out relatively quickly.

Well family run with authentic Vietnam cooking. Great choices of wine and beer. Great choices of rice, meat vegan and pho noodles dishes. Good broth base for Pho. Friendly and great service. A lot of take out phone. Large portion also. The egg crepe look like omelette. Good portion

One of my best friends from high school was in town and ordered us up a delicious dinner. We had been wanting to try the local restaurant, but didn't know what to order. She is Vietnamese, so we took advantage of having her in town and had her order us her favorites. We now order dinner from 3 Regions on a regular basis!My husband's favorite is the Hue's spicy beef noodle soup. I love the Vietnamese crepe and the Banh Mi chicken sandwich dipped in fish sauce. The kids like the grilled chicken and rice. For an extra treat, the mango shrimp salad is so fresh and yummy.Learn from our mistake. Picked up lunch here. I tried a grilled pork vermicelli noodle bowl. It was good but the meat wasn't as tender as I am use to. The amount of pork was kind of small for the price. Also, I am not sure the veggies were fresh.I would try it again in house as I didn't get to try the food fresh. I had to reheat it!

We went for a Thursday lunch and the place was packed. We could barely find a seating. We went right in and ordered a veggie pho and beef flank pho. I liked how you can customize the veggie pho with veggie broth and friend tofu. The order took a while, the place is small and the crowd didn't help either. We had to wait a good 20 mins for the order. I must admit the wait was worth it, I wasn't very sure on veggie pho but it was delicious, the broth, veggies were really good and had a nice flavor. My friend said the beef flank pho was good too. The price is reasonable but the service is slow with few people and it takes a good wait. Otherwise definitely going again for some pho.

No idea how they have so many starts. 3 region pho combination- 1 out of 5 $12.50There was like no meat. Wth lol. Noddle portion was little af. Broth had no flavor. It was like water and salt. They have no condiments but Sriracha and hoisin sauce. Horrible! -SERVICE- 2 out of 5 took them so long just to get me my coconut. Like WTH. I got my food and was eating it and had to remind them twice just to get my coconut. -place was small. Quite ( like you everyone can hear you slurp your pho noodle) They don't give you napkin here. You have to ask and ask before they give you two piece of napkin. It wasn't just us asking it was others too! Just wow. Where are you doing? What is what is what is what is this? What is it help me?Aa yeahPlace was just a flat NO. Not worth it.

3 Regions Vietnamese Small locally owned restaurant in North North Scottsdale but worth the drive.Spring Rolls together with the Egg Rolls where both are excellent, maybe a bit on the smaller size. Quality over quantity.Oxtail Pho is a pure winner, broth is the real deal delicious with all the authentic ingredients with a delicious few pieces of ox tail. Highly recommend. #9. Saigon's Savory Crepes/Banh Xeo Saigon is another recommended dish where you can share or could be a dish by itself easy. Very crunchy for a Crepe, but delicious. Lemongrass has an awesome flavor and taste, another authentic dish.Vermicelli combo bowl oh so good, we definitely had some great tasting authentic dishesVietnamese Coffee was definitely strong in the coffee taste.Only been here once, certainly will be back, very authentic and excellent food.

Wonderful service - atmosphere and the FOOD was FABULOUS! Appetizers, mains, (too stuffed for dessert)! Portions served were generous. Can't wait to go back!!!!
