3 Pigs Barbecue

They don't have a meat sampler plate. In a bbq joint, no sampler plate. Thats a first for me. The food is under seasoned. The pulled pork and the brisket both over cooked. Muchly over cooked. The ham tasted like ham, any ham. The service seemed lack luster, not bad, just kind of unfocused. The potato salad had mostly the right ingredients, but the potatoes were a little under done and toothy, also lacked seasoning. The hot bbq sauce is what you might expect from a commercial bottle, no complaints other than it was more of a medium heat rather than hot. Restaurant itself looked clean and presented a neat appearance, chairs were comfy and full marks for the store front.

So, I hate giving reviews like this, but wow this was not good. Let me give you the right picture. We walk and the guy at the front is monotone and sad, and incredibly unhelpful with out questions. The food is very pricey, perhaps because they are across from a hospital/medical center? It smells good when you walk in, but the food somehow doesn't back that up. The brisket is dry, even the bbq sauce didn't assist there. The potato salad had a good flavor, but the potatoes had barely been cooked so they were crunchy, which was odd. Really the only positive is the medium bbq sauce was tasty, little thin, but tasty. Definitely would not recommend.

Beef bbq ribs can be a little bit hard to find, and this place does a quality job on them! Quite a nice atmosphere with lots of local sports memorabilia and more. Overall really great experience and looking forward to next time.

Large bbq beef sandwich great portions of beef. Well flavoured good mix of heat. I had the medium. Brick beans for side was goodFood hot and fresh!Bellevue MUST GO

Good BBQ for the area. Nice smoke flavor and well cooked. Meat was falling off the bone. The price is reasonable but on the high side. I thought the meat was cold, and the sandwich was dry. The BBQ sauce is subpar for my liking. If you like sweet vinegary sauce, then you will like it. Skip the baker potato as it was very water and the skin isn't crisp.The Brunswick stew is a winning side. The Texas toast is not Texas toast and the corn taste of nothing like corn.The bar's look is bland with random junk on the walls. We got the new guy at the till but he was being undermined by his trainer. The trainer was telling him items were different even though with pointed at the menu. A quarter and half size are not the same thing dude.

Came here for some quick grab BBQ. I was craving for them so yeah! I ordered their combo and so did my friend as well. The combo comes with 2 sides. I got the spare rib, beef short rib, chili, and potato salad for my two sides. It comes with half slice of hot dog bun. We got the food pretty quickly. The food isn't hot enough, it feels like it been sitting there for a while... The spare rib, and the beef ribs is too saucy! I mean saucy is great but not over pour. Looks like I'm eating bbq sauce. Both of them tasted the same, couldn't tasted the meat mostly just bbq sauce flavor. Too much! As for the chili it is tooooo salty. Like I'm eating straight up sodium and cancer. The only item I enjoyed was the potato salad. Overall, the price is fair but this spot isn't for me I guess. I guess I will try another bbq spot next time I'm craving for some ribs.

Meh. I had the beef sandwich and Brunswick stew. I got there half an hour before close, but was told I could only order takeout. The beef was mediocre. The sauce was pretty good. The Brunswick stew was 3.5 stars out of 5. They gave me a fork to eat to stew with, even though it was quite liquidy. At over 20 bucks plus tip for a sandwich, side, and a drink, I expected something of higher quality. Not bad, not great.

We got our food to go, and the person taking our order was extremely knowledgeable about all of the food options, combinations, and gluten and dairy content. So we were able to make the best choices for us.The chicken was very good and the sauce took it to the next level. The ribs didn't need the sauce to make it tasty and I say that because my husband says that truly good barbecue doesn't need sauce because it can stand on its own.For the sides, I ordered corn on the cob, which was just OK. It didn't have a lot of flavor, although it seemed to have butter on it. It seemed to be a little waterlogged.I also ordered the coleslaw. Once I added some salt, it was very good. Coleslaw is always very unique at all these different places.When we arrived, there was a couple sitting outside eating their lunch and they went out of their way to come in and tell the person at the front how much they enjoyed their meal before they left.While we were waiting, another gentleman came in and ordered and was very excited to get his food , telling the person taking his order that he absolutely loves the food at this placeSo based on all that, you should check it out

I honestly was looking for something delicious to eat. I am disappointed the food was dry and cold, with no flavor, bad food, and service, I had the pork sandwich with a side of coslaw, the worst place to eat. I just hope I don't get sick. I should have eaten my granola bar instead.Save your money go elsewhere.

F A N T A S T I C - Home run folks!Ordered Beef Ribs, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and Cole Slaw for Fathers Day dinner. Pick up on Saturday, re-heat for Sunday. Their beef ribs were meaty and tender, sauced to keep moist for reheat. These were some of the best beef ribs I have had for flavor and size. They even added a couple of extra on the order - who does that today?! They set it up in foil pan sealed and packaged with reheat instructions.Sides were very good, potato salad just like home made. Baked beans and cole slaw were right up there, everyone went back for seconds.We ordered with mild and hot sauce, the hot sauce was a treat, not too hot to taste the bbq but hot enough to enjoy the heat!Great food and great service! Thanks folks for a wonderful Fathers day! See you again soon!
