A small cozy coffee place with very friendly staff. Only inconvenience is it is small and if you are looking to work, there isn't enough space.

I love doing weekend walks around SLU, especially around Lake Union Park. Every time that I walk near this place I try a new different seasonal flavour, and they are always soo good, the Fabios Cocoa and the Madagascar Vanilla are great too. I came here while I was dog sitting once, and they gave me a pupuccino. The staff is always really friendly!It's true that it's small and not suited for work, but it's perfect for grabbing it to go or sitting with a friend to chat.

Been here a few times, what really got me to go in was the Ube latte.  There are a few places around town that have done their own spin, but this was well balanced.  Not too sweet!  I love that I don't have to tell them "less ice" too.  The price is right and the baristas are super friendly!

Really nice coffee spot right by the water. Super modern feel from the inside to outside. Coffee was superb! I tried one of there seasonal promotions and I loved it. Tasted like s'mores!

My friend and I just had hot cocoa at this place and the taste was very bad. It didn't even taste remotely close to hot chocolate. It just didn't have any taste what so ever. Never again.
