2 Fat Guys Grilled Cheese

These guys came for our Christmas party in our community. They have a lot of different options -- there really is something for everybody! I ordered the Buffalo chicken and it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and ranch (I believe) and enjoyed it. The bread was nicely toasted and had a decent amount of Buffalo chicken. For my sandwich, you have a choice between ranch or blue cheese for dipping. Overall, great experience and great food!

Blackened chicken sandwich was ok except for the chicken. It was not blackened, looked baked, and it had a crunch to it almost like undercooked however it looked cooked through. For $15 I could think of a lot of other places to eat.

Had the bacon n cheddar grilled cheese was good . Want to try the hot and spicy one next time we go out. My only issue was the man taking my order asked if I was adding a tip/ gratuity. I understand why... as the total bill is to be processed at one time.But the way I was asked made a bit uncomfortable as I felt bad not adding a gratuity. 13.00 for a grilled cheese is a pretty expensive value..

Be warned and be careful about food poisoning! We went to the children's museum during the Sand Fest on a Saturday and went to this truck for lunch. It is a 90+ hot day! My kids shared a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon from 2 Fat Guys. During our travel, we ate the same things except the grilled cheese with bacon. Both of my kids started having stomach pain, diarrhea, puking, and having symptoms of food poisoning the night of! There is no any other foods they have shared except this poisoning grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. I was wondering why my daughter was picking something off her sandwich and now it might just make sense. This is the only thing my husband and I didn't eat during our trip! My 8 year old daughter later said the sandwich tasted a little weird when I asked her about it when both my son and daughter started to get sick. This totally ruined our vacation to Phoenix as this is the second day of our trip and my husband and I are stuck in an Airbnb with two sick kids for couple of days now which is the worse thing a family could have experienced during a vacation. We reported to the county health department and hopefully they would investigate this business for sanitation and food handling! Be warned and be careful!

A good name and an attention getting one at that. To start off, it's grilled cheese with different combos and variations. But at the end of the day, it's still a grilled cheese sandwich. I'm sure it's a lot of peoples comfort food but this one did not blow me away. The sandwich-Buffalo Bill, okay. Their ranch was tasty. Their drinks are canned soda and chips are of the snack size.

I was lucky enough to finally try this food truck at an Easter Egg Hunt and celebration this past weekend in Vistancia. My husband has had this truck numerous times and loved it each time. I can totally see why. Not only were the guys running the truck friendly and nice, but the food was amazing. I opted to try the Cuban, my husband got the Polish and we got the traditional for my girls. I made a point to try all three and they were all amazing. My favorite was the Cuban though hands down. I would totally eat from them again. Great food!

Got food here after attending the Strange Garden event at the Desert Botanical Garden. $14 for a grilled cheese with raw bacon was not ideal for the night. Also asked for a Fanta and the guy said they were out of Fanta. Another person ordered a few after me and they ordered and received a Fanta. Not sure what that was about because I was specifically told they were out. Topping station for the burgers were uncovered and flies kept landing on it because there were no lids. Also, the chips that came with the food expired back in September (I attended this event in October) so who knows what the dates were for the actual food. Let's hope I don't get sick from this. Overall it was okay, but overpriced and not managed well.

Ordered a classic supreme at 4th of July in Fountain Hills. CONS:They told me it would take 35 min AFTER I had placed my order. In fact, it took 50 min. I understand they were swamped, but definitely a disappointment nonetheless. They ran out of all sides except one flavor of chips. They were not good chips. That's all I have to say on that. The grilled cheese (itself) was nothing exceptional. It was fine. Not particularly cheesy, flavorful, or even warm for that matter. Very anticlimactic end to my 50 min wait. Hope they improve!! Lots of potential here I think.

Be careful eating at this food truck. My kids ate the grilled cheese with bacon when they were at the children's museum in Phoenix. They've been sick with food poisoning for days. Diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps.
