Skimpy Italian sub, prime example of another place skimping out and charging full prices . It's not rocket science if you take care of people ,they will come back . Guy at front is great but if the product is not good , it's meaningless . Btw hate giving negative review and went here instead of jersey mikes to support local business but this is why they don't survive

I love this place.To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of pizza. The number of pizza orders during the year doesn't usually exceed 2-3 orders. However, these guys made me an addict) I'm not joking. For the past 6 months I've ordered pizza nearly 20 times. My choice is Hawaiian Pizza with pepperoni on Top. That's dope! I tell you!

Recently moved a few blocks away and had heard good things about A1 pizza. Our normal go-to (which isnt really great) had closed at 8pm so we went for A1. The pizza was DELICIOUS!! Greek style but not with a super bulky crust, slight sweetness to the sauce and plenty of cheese. It was really, really good!! On top of the really good pizza, the owner was so lovely. You can tell that he, and his entire staff, work very hard and take great pride in putting out good food!! We will be back soon and can't wait to try a steak and cheese - which I've heard melts in your mouth!

Some pizza shops describe themselves as Greek-style, but 1A really is Greek 100%. The owner was born in Greece and his family has been running it for decades. The pizza is excellent and affordably priced. Greek salad with grilled chicken is a nice healthy choice.

For at least the 3rd time, I ordered by phone and was told 20 - 25 minutes for pick up. Get to the store 25 minutes later and they put my pizza in AFTER I told them what order I was there to pick up. If it had been once over several years of ordering, fine, things happen. But it just seems to be a regular thing with them for some reason - so no more for us. Also, they never apologized on any of the occasions for my having to wait so long, especially since it was due entirely to their error. Quality of the food doesn't even matter when the service is this poor.
