1201 Restaurant

I was actually really impressed with this place! Parking: Not the largest parking lot, but I was able to find a spot on a Friday night with no hassle. Parking was free, which we love.For a Friday night, there weren't as many people inside as I was expecting so the reservation I made wasn't needed this time. We were sat immediately! One thing I noticed was, when I walked in there was no security but by the time my friend came about 8-10 minutes later there was a security guard checking IDs and bags. I'm assuming they start this service after a certain point in the evening. Inside, the ambiance was dimly lit and had your typical restaurant/lounge decor and music. I enjoyed the bright colors and think it will look great for brunch due to their patio area allowing natural sunlight in. The only thing I didn't like was the FLOOR WAS VERY SLIPPERY. Like hazardous, greasy slippery. They do have a carpet you can walk on but the bare floor parts almost took me out every time. Drinks: I had the (1201?) margarita and my friend had the lychee martini. We both really enjoyed our drinks. Dinner: I had the honey glazed lamb chops which were actually delicious and cooked to perfection. The crispy Brussels and mashed potatoes were also very flavorful. Everything tasted really good! My friend had the Rasta pasta and she said she enjoyed it as well. I found pricing to be fair as well. Overall, the atmosphere was a little lack luster for a Friday night but the food was great and something I'd definitely come back to enjoy!

I recently came here to try their Taco Tuesday and it exceeded my expectations! The $2 tacos and $5 margaritas were not only delicious but also generous in portion size, unlike many other places. We also tried the happy hour wings and egg rolls, both of which were a delightful addition to our meal. Our server was very attentive. She always came back and made sure we were good.I would definitely come back for another satisfying experience.

Came in to check this place out since its fairly new. I'm going to say since it's fairly new will give some grace. There are some areas of opportunity for sure. Put in reservations but due to only in person working it seems didn't check in just sat us which caused issue on open table. Sat outside on the patio as it felt good out. Seating was comfortable. Took about 15 minutes before someone came over to ask if ar needed but again he was the bar tender, server, hostess so giving grace. Tried the tower it was pretty sugary since not shaken. Tried the Salmon egg rolls, wings (lemon pepper), red snapper. Everything was flavored well I can say. Will come back up try again hopefully they get the young man running around some help.

Keeko makes the best drinks hands down! I'd visit over and over again as long as she's making my drinks!

I came for my homegirls birthday and this wasnt what i expecte. All the food didnt come out and some food came out a few mins before the check. The tower that we ordered came out with no liquor in it (mostly syrup). Then we orde hooka and the coles werent hot enough to burn the hooka. Overall I would give this place a 4/10. I got yelp just to leave this revie because im really embarrassed.

We really enjoyed our time! The crab legs special on Thursdays are a must. I loved that their was patio seating was more of a chill vibe while inside had louder music and pump that way you could enjoy the environment you want and enjoy the food. Come with a little patience though because it did take a little minute for our server to greet us and the main food to come out so definitely get appetizer or drink while you wait. Really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, but the lamb chops were decent. Sauce came on the side for it which was perfect because the sauce was a little strong. Only liked it with the salad not the actual lamb chops. Portions were definitely appropriate with the price. Overall, definitely recommend!!

Had Sunday reservations for 1 pm got seated but took 30 mins to be able to place order there was a foul sour smell so we asked to be located outside Took almost 2 hours to receive the food Presentation was not good plates were messy cups were dirty fruit flies every where Waitresses didn't come to check on us Just was not a great experience Chicken and waffle was ok the chicken was seasoned good however the waffle was so flat and dry had to pick around it to eat the lobster for the martini bowls taste like card board the grits however was good However over all experience for my cousins birthday brunch was not good no one was completely satisfied

The food was great our server was really good by answering my questions. The server name was Keisha and she was very patient because it was my first time there. My date and I had a few questions about the menu so she answered all of our questions. The food was good I will definitely recommend.
